The only really poor experience was trying to find an address so the car could be delivered at. Living in small rural towns of Texas are an obvious problem for Carvana. Whatever poor location/mapping system they use, it is completely inadequate. Tried to get me to deliver to a town 15 miles from my home but I said no, that would be a deal breaker because was not to my door as advertised. Finally came up with the address of my local post office that was 2 blocks from my home, so I decided to accept the deal. What was funny, the driver drove right to my house, in front of it.; said he had no problem finding it on his map program. So why couldn’t Carvana do the same? Really need to get a better system; like, google maps, Apple Maps, mapquest, etc, there are many of them. Otherwise, except for the location boondoggle, the whole experience was easy, fast, all online, and the vehicle was an exceptional. Really proud of my 2017 Camry. Thanks for experience, just find a more adequate location map system or you could lose a lot more sales; almost lost this one. More

The process was so easy. Best car buying experience ever - no waiting in the dealership for hours. Everything easily completed within about 15 mins. The car was delivered exactly on time and with touchless - no waiting in the dealership for hours. Everything easily completed within about 15 mins. The car was delivered exactly on time and with touchless delivery. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was someone had spilled a soda in the backseat cup holder and it was a nasty, sticky mess. I felt that if the car was really inspected thoroughly that should have been found and cleaned. There’s a stain on the side upholstery that wasn’t noted in the inspection report. More

better communication overall was a positive experience. Some hiccups along the way were 1. the customer advocate reviewing my documents did not do so in a timely fashion r overall was a positive experience. Some hiccups along the way were 1. the customer advocate reviewing my documents did not do so in a timely fashion resulting in a one day delay of receiving my new vehicle. i had 1 1/2 hours left on my deadline when i talked to the advocate who said they would review the new submission promptly and did not follow thru i sent more clearer documents the next day and all documents were approved including the ones i had resent the night before. 2 When the vehicle arrived i was informed that i needed to have insurance for a minimum of 45 days i was not informed of that prior to delivery luckily i had insurance for the car for 6 months. i hope you can improve upon your communication with your customers as doing this process online can easily lead to miscommunications.
