The process was easy but there were problems with the car when we received it. There were many more scratches than was shown on the website. The dash showed that the car was overdue for service of 114 days. This makes me wonder if the inspection on the car was thorough or even done. The car was also very dirty in the inside. We took a paper towel to the door armrest and in one swipe it was filled with dirt. There were stains in the carpet that could have Ben cleaned and there was a smell in the car of dog. I would have thought that a thorough cleaning would have been done before delivery. Carvana is saying they will deal with these issues, except the cleaning, so we will see what happens. The experience went well for the most part. The representative was quick & efficient, the process did go well. I did had a concern with a issue we had about the car where the bumper of the car was off on one side when we made our 30 mile trip back home. It was missing clippings that holds the bumper in place. We were lucky had spare of those kinds of clippers that we had purchased before from another car. My husband was able to put the bumper back together. I also thought it is important to emphasis that we had the misconception that we thought that the car would be deliver to our home or that it would had been in a closer location. I just thought it should be advertised from the beginning of the process about where the car would need to be picked up so customers are aware. More

Great way o buy a car I don't like dealing with sales people so this is an ideal buying solution for me. The buying process was convenient and efficient. The main issue I had was the vehicle interior was not detailed very well (Debris found in vehicle under seats and in storage areas which can be troublesome during the pandemic). Bad Customer Service I have had to call every day on this car. I received my car and it needed an alignment. I called and have so much issues trying to get to speak with I have had to call every day on this car. I received my car and it needed an alignment. I called and have so much issues trying to get to speak with someone about it. And when referred to someplace to get it fixed, they want to keep the car for 3 days. First, the car should never have been delivered needing service, and then it should never be so hard to get the issues corrected. Today I called again to customer service and was on hold 15 min so he could read the notes on the account, then on hold again for another 20 min so he could set me up for a supervisor call. In total I was on the phone for 55 min trying to get this issue resolved. I started calling on my day 7 and he said that my time frame was over for any complaints about the car. I would think you would want this resolved. But who knows at this point. More
