I had a pretty bad experience with the car i brought from carvana. I brought a 2017 Honda accord from carvana in December 2019 and I didn’t even drive for 3000 miles because of the covid situation .I had to carvana. With this experience i am not going back to carvana again i would rather prefer a trusted honda dealer for buying a used car. More

Great price, great car, long wait. I bought a 2014 VW Passat TDI with 49k miles. The car arrived in great, but not perfect, shape. Besides a couple blemishes that Carvana called out I bought a 2014 VW Passat TDI with 49k miles. The car arrived in great, but not perfect, shape. Besides a couple blemishes that Carvana called out on its website, there was a small divot (cigarette burn?) on the rear seat. Also a fuse was blown affecting both 12V power outlets, and a windshield wiper needed replacement. Neither was a big deal, but Caravana could have taken care of both items before selling the car. The hardest part was waiting nearly two weeks for my car to arrive. The best part was being able to buy a car with a clear out-the-door price, no upcharges, and no hard sell to buy extended warranties or "protection packages." As long as Carava or similar services exist, I'm never buying from a traditional dealer again. More

The process was very smooth and great! I ordered the car just over two weeks ago. It arrived exactly when they said it would almost to the minute. The car was in fantastic condition, exactly as described, and the gentleman who delivered it wa exactly when they said it would almost to the minute.
