Because we hire a third party transporter to deliver vehicles to our direct delivery customers, we are unable to guarantee that the vehicle will arrive by a certain date, but we are happy to hear that you received your vehicle within the estimated 5-15 day timeline. It is disappointing to hear of the vehicle concerns you encountered after delivery. However, for added peace of mind, we provide all of our customers with a complimentary 100-day limited warranty to ensure that if anything does come up after the sale, the cost of repair is not an out of pocket expense for the customer.
