The same exact Tesla showed up on their website a couple months later, this time with a picture of the keys, and so I bought it. It was cheaper this time around so I was excited to get the car. Right before delivery, they said they lost the keys and the car wouldn't charge. So I canceled the order again, vowing never to buy from Carvana again. But then a better deal on a Tesla showed up a couple weeks later, and I couldn't resist. I ordered it, thinking, "The third time's the charm." Unbelievably, Carvana called me right before delivery to say the car had a problem with the touchscreen. I was ready to give up and cancel my order again, but the driver (Anthony?) was great. He kept me updated on the status of the repair from Tesla for the next week or so. When the car showed up, he took the time to show me all the features on the car. He also spoke to his managers about getting me a discount for all my troubles, and I ended up getting a great deal on the car after all was said and done. And the car is amazing, by the way. Carvana seems to be learning about how to properly list Teslas for sale, and they admitted that Tesla doesn't play nice when it comes to repairs they need on the cars they are selling. But their ordering process and customer service is fantastic, and I would still recommend them despite all my troubles. More
My overall experience was decent, but a few things have left me somewhat disappointed. I like the vehicle I purchased and being told that out had twice been through a 150 point inspection I would have exp left me somewhat disappointed. One other thing that left me wanting is the cleanliness of the vehicle upon receipt. I was understanding when the email tells you that they provide a $50 card to have it cleaned since the exterior will get dirty in transit but I expected at least SOME sort of effort to have the interior in a presentable form when I got my car. It really kills first impressions when every crack and crease is loaded with dirt, stains on the headliner and I shouldn't be able to tell you the previous owner was a smoker because nothing was done to remedy removing past scents and grime. On the exterior throughout fine specks of white 'paint?'are found like they had painted another vehicle nearby and some had found it's way onto mine. I spent hours cleaning and didn't feel comfortable showing family and friends the new ride until the vehicle was clean i expect this from private party purchases through Craigslist but not a large scale dealer that claims to be changing the landscape of shopping for a vehicle. $50 does not cut it for the mess left behind for me to clean up. Overall I'm not sure I'd return to carvana in the future if this is what is felt as acceptable from the company. More

We are having difficulty registering the Tesla with Tesla so we can take advantage the benefits if owning one. The Carvana team said they could not help with registering it but I feel if they are selling the so we can take advantage the benefits if owning one. The Carvana team said they could not help with registering it but I feel if they are selling these vehicles they should have an idea of what needs to be done to help the buyer. They did give us a no fee referral to take it to the Tesla approved repair facility to have the charging checked out. Also, when delivered we were told one door handle was defective and they would not make us pay the $50 deductible. Locating a place to fix it has been a hassle. Our delivery gal was nice gave us the time we needed and we were very happy with Holly. Still trying, after 3 weeks of taking delivery and we are still not registered with Tesla. Kind of frustrating. More
