Best way to buy a car I loved my experience with Carvana. I had been shopping for a used vehicle for around a month and a half. I had visited many dealers from many differe I loved my experience with Carvana. I had been shopping for a used vehicle for around a month and a half. I had visited many dealers from many different counties which was a pain in itself. I had way too many salesmen calling me or trying to get me to buy on the same day I went to view the cars. It took me maybe 10 minutes to find the car I wanted, since I already knew what make and model I liked. Then completing the purchase online took no longer than 5 minutes to complete. Right after I completed the paper work I received a phone call from Carvana and we verified the rest of the purchase and paperwork. All in all it took maybe 30 minutes at most! Last time I bought a car from a dealership I remember sitting inside signing all the paperwork and trying to get the right price which took around 3-4 hours. And the dealership had sold me a car that needed a replacement part for almost every single item in the vehicle only around a month later. With the experience and amazing customer service I had from Carvana I will never go into another dealership again. I had contactless delivery which was perfect. I took it out for a test drive and sure enough it was as if my car was brand new. Super clean and well taken care of. I enjoyed the ease of mind knowing before I got the car delivered that after my inspection and test drive I could just let them know if I didn't like it and they would take it back right there and then. Plus Carvana gives you an extra 7 days to have the vehicle returned if it doesn't satisfy your needs. So glad I chose Carvana for my used car purchase. More

Very disappointed with the vehicle I got! Within a month I had to get a radiator replaced on my truck, now my headliner on my sunroof is sagging an I have to pay for it! There are some improvements that can be made, mostly focusing on communication. I found that there are many moving parts and they are not always aware/coordinated. For instance, when my car was delivered the reflector light was hanging off. I let the delivery person know that I did not want the light hanging, she said she would open a case to have it fixed. So apparently she did not open a case or make note of it and I had to end up calling it in. It was initially denied by the warranty company. I had to call Carvana to get it approved and it was. A few weeks later after it was already fixed I got an email from a Carvana rep saying that it would not be covered. That's what I'm talking about. But I am happy with my car and would cautiously recommend them. More
