Overall I am very pleased with my Carvana experience. The ability to buy and finance online has been great. My questions get answered albeit sometimes not very quickly. I do factor in that the times are unusual. If I were to nitpick I would comment that my delivery was delayed but understandably so. I would comment that the interior could have been cleaner. More
The process was lengthy and the time to validate payment processing was slow. After which the vehicle was received and we had reviewed the level 1 damage issues with the car and had it shipped. Upon arr processing was slow. After which the vehicle was received and we had reviewed the level 1 damage issues with the car and had it shipped. Upon arrival and receipt of the vehicle the hood had acid rain / or cleaning detergent all over the hood. We filed a claim at the dealership and didn’t receive any communication before the 7 day warranty period, but since it was auto closed online nothing was done to resolve this issue. Don’t trust based on pictures as they will deceptively not take the correct pics of the vehicle. More
Constant delays, System glitches I was looking to upgrade my current SUV to a larger one. Found a Yukon XL that I liked, with pretty low miles. The initial online order went fairly smoothly and I uploaded all the documents on my trade in with no issues. I was paying cash, and hit a problem with adding my bank account info. Even though I linked my account to the system, it still wouldn't push through. Finally had to do it manually and THEN it proceeded with the order. System glitch? They then gave me a delivery date of July 27th. Then I get a call, asking for further documents and I needed to upload them by 5pm. I uploaded them 5 minutes after the phone call. That evening, I get a text saying I didn't have the documents uploaded in time, and I lost my delivery date. I called and was told it was an error on their part, but that they couldn't give me back my original delivery date. So, was my original delivery date given to someone else? No idea, and they couldn't tell me. So, it gets bumped to July 30th. I get my current SUV emptied out and cleaned up so that it looks decent when they come to deliver my new vehicle and pick up my trade. On the morning of the 29th, I get a text saying that they had a breakdown with their transport vehicle, and now I'm bumped to August 5th. It takes an additional week to get a new transport??? I finally said the heck with the constant delays, and went to a real dealer and got into my new SUV the same day. Would NOT recommend Carvana to anyone. More

Loved the experience from start to finish the staff is friendly and helpful unfortunately I had to return my vehicle due to a few tings but I will definitely be a returning customer. I have been pleasantly surprised with the whole process of purchasing a car from carvana! From picking the car, financing, delivery, and now with getting our car repaired. Our car is great however for some of purchasing a car from carvana! From picking the car, financing, delivery, and now with getting our car repaired. Our car is great however for some reason it’s not starting. My only complaint is how long it takes to get assistance, we waited over an hour. They have a great selection and with the warranty options you can’t go wrong! More
