I love Carvana. I purchased two vehicles this years from them. It is so simple. Basically, find the car you want - from color, to size, to added features - and then check it out. Overall Nightmare Overall, this has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. Let's start with the fact that my vehicle delivery was delayed four times Overall, this has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. Let's start with the fact that my vehicle delivery was delayed four times, for a total of 25 days. What makes it worse is I had plans to move across the country, and the delays with the delivery ended up cutting it so close that my drive had to start the literal next day. But wait, there's more... Not even three days after I finally received the car, it broke down. 220 miles outside of my destination. I had to have it towed the rest of the way, but ended up waiting 5 hrs in 115 degree heat for that tow truck to arrive. After 4 days at a mechanic, the vehicle was returned but not fixed, because the issue was beyond them. At this point, I would honestly just try to return the car. However, my "7-day Guarantee" was expired because, while I only was able to drive it for 3 days, it was in the shop for 4, so...now I'm stuck with a vehicle with an unknown problem. I feel like I'm constantly getting screwed over. The Carvana customer service was great when there were all the issues with delivery, but now that I "have" the vehicle, Carvana reps don't really seem to care about my situation and have kind of passed me off to SilverRock. Luckily the people at silverrock are being very kind and understanding about my situation. Having to go through all of this hassle with no promises of reimbursement for the fixes is a little disheartening. I'm just praying this all gets resolved before the limited warranty runs out, because then I'm truly screwed. In the end, I've probably spent 11+ total hrs on hold. I'm starting to hear that music everywhere. More
