The carvana people we dealt with were very nice and helpful. My only concern is with the one who do the inspections of the vehicles. The first vehicle we planned on purchasing made it through inspectio helpful. My only concern is with the one who do the inspections of the vehicles. The first vehicle we planned on purchasing made it through inspections and to the dealership where they found that the engine light was on and a mechanic later found that the vehicle had a “bad engine” and the vehicle wasn’t able to be sold. Then our second vehicle choice also made it through inspections and 5 days after driving it off the lot a break caliper just fell of because the bolts were not securely tightened. This could have ended in severe injury or even death had we been on the interstate when it fell off. There needs to be better quality control with the inspectors. More

Car needs $1800 worth of work. Dirty oil and transmission fluid. Engine grinding upon very first start.SilverRock covered $367 of $1800. Called Carvana dozens of times. I purchased a 2016 F-150 Ford. The price of the vehicle was below market and it had very low mileage. The delivery of my vehicle was seem less. It was in time and was beyond my expectations.
