I am extremely happy with the transaction, and i love my new car. The Carvana support team all did a fantastic job. The one and only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that my car was delivered with two diff new car. The Carvana support team all did a fantastic job. The after-sale support did make it right by paying for new tires, but i couldn't really drive my new car until that was fixed. Of you are going to advertise the one new tire and not disclose the other three, it seems a little off. Nonetheless, I have new tires and my new (to me) car is great. More

Better than I hoped Usually, big companies that try to provide "personalized service" just end up providing expensive service. Well, Carvana is not the cheapest; but you Usually, big companies that try to provide "personalized service" just end up providing expensive service. Well, Carvana is not the cheapest; but you don't get what you don't pay for. They brought a beautiful used car right to my door. The car is virtually flawless. The delivery guy was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything as well as any dealership. I theoretically could have saved 5-10% by doing extensive shopping, driving around, spending a lot of time. Not worth it. I highly recommend Carvana. I will be using them the next time I buy a used car. If the absolute cheapest car is your goal, you may not like them. But the best deal is not necessarily the absolute cheapest, and I think I got the best deal going with them. More

Convenient purchase, helpful customer service I loved not having to handle a dealership with my recent car purchase--and it was amazing to have it show up with plates and registration processed/in I loved not having to handle a dealership with my recent car purchase--and it was amazing to have it show up with plates and registration processed/installed. Prices seemed comparable with dealerships in my area, and I got a discount from a friend's referral code, which was an added bonus. My only complaint is that my car showed up with a couple of flaws (the trunk won't lock, one set of keys don't work) that I wasn't informed about at the time of delivery and didn't discover myself until mid-week. I could have traded the car in, but that seemed like a hassle. I also encountered an issue that was largely my fault that required roadside assistance, and the affiliate company wasn't as helpful as Carvana itself. Still, I would recommend Carvana to any of my friends who aren't comfortable with dealership negotiations and spending hours on end at a dealership. You just have to be prepared to wait 2-3 weeks for your car to arrive, in most cases. I think mine took 10-14 days from the time of purchase. More
