Buying a car through Carvana was a whole different experience. It was great and customer service was awesome. It is having issues so I highly suggest getting some kind of warranty. More

Having it delivered straight to your house even better. I had the following issues: 1. The car was not detailed. There was sand on the back seats carpets were dirty and overall not the level of detailing I would expect purchasing a car from a dealer. 2. The tow truck driver scratched my car. I understand things happen but tow truck driver took photos of the damage and assured me someone would be reaching out and no one ever did. 3. There was damage to the vehicle that wasn't shown on any of the photos. Specifically the drivers seat. I pointed it out to the tow truck driver and he took photos and told me someone would be contacting me and no one did. The driver was great. The front end service was great but after I purchased the car it seemed like they made it difficult to contact in 7 days which is past my trial period. Now i'm left with a car I like but it has issues I wouldn't have purchased the car for that price had they been disclosed. I would appreciate a follow up call. More
Overall good; customer service poor (aside from driver) There is a lot to like about the Carvana experience, namely the ease of the transaction and a great return policy (if needed). It is incredibly difficult to do anything "outside the box" of Carvana's normal process. I have specialty license plates, which Carvana cannot accommodate (understandably so). Getting Carvana to remove the charge for registration so I can simply do it myself has been like pulling teeth. The driver (Mark) has gone above and beyond, and has been fantastic to deal with, but aside from that, no other human has been available to help with much of anything that isn't seemingly on a small list of items they are used to dealing with. If Carvana could make it easier to deal with a real person for questions, the experience would be unbeatable. More
