Unfortunately, this still has not been resolved, per Carvana's response. It is so difficult to deal with an actual person (long wait times for phone and chat, no email, etc.) that something pretty straightforward is requiring numerous conversations. The car buying experience itself was good, but the support after has been terrible. You would think I am the first person to ever have military or some other form of specialty plates that would require me to do the registration myself.
