The online process was easy and straightforward. Quotes were accurate to what one was looking at. They also get your tags and registration all set up for you, so you don’t have to go through the hassle of were accurate to what one was looking at. The only thing that took a star away was the last minute communication of the car not being delivered on time twice and having to wait and additional few weeks. There was spilled stuff down the side of the center console, a large piece of something was stuck to the roof, and nobody even touched the back seat. There was still somebody's stuff under the back seat and food and crumbs all over. More

Once I accepted the offer, expectations & communications were once again clearly outlined, my appointment was set with my checklist. Upon arriving at my appointment the entire selling process took a maximum of 20 minutes! Funds for transaction were ACH wired into my account within 48hrs. Doesn’t get much easier than that! I was a finance manager for a dealership & our deliveries took on average 45 minutes to an hour. Purchase good follow up poor Purchase and delivery on 4/18 were good. Delivery man noticed windshield crack and I noticed air deflector under fr bumper damage. Windshield got reported to Carvana and Carvana said Safelight would be in touch. Safelight never called and when I called Safelight a week later they had not been notified. Also Carvana said the front air deflector had not been reported. When I had the front air deflector inspected I had a safety inspection done on my own. Cadillac found the oil had been double filled. I submitted a claim for the oil change and safety inspection but only the oil change was reimbursed. My registration and title was noted complete on my Dashboard on 6/16. My temporary tags expired on 7/17. I called on 7/1 to check up on and again on 7/16.. I was initially told to call the BMV and did and they said it was sent to Carvana/Bridgecrest on 6/25. I finally received my memorandum title and plates on 8/7. More
