Your customer service number is the crux of the problem...why would I call that, to only be put on hold for 20 min, and then have nothing done? Whomever works your Dayton area accounts was ineffective and frustrating to say the least. Additionally, I submitted files (military orders and LES) by the prescribed time, how about looking through your computer logs (something I know you can do without wasting more of my time) and find the account where your personnel completely failed in their job...again, with any effort this should be easy,

All of our vehicles go through a 150-point inspection before the 360-tour of your vehicle, in addition to a dedicated team within our inspection centers who perform a pre-delivery inspection to ensure we are delivering a vehicle in tip-top shape. We recognize that we dropped the ball by delivering a vehicle with more wear than anticipated and mechanical issues, and for that, we are truly sorry.
