I had a Nissan Versa and wanted to return the car for something different due to mechanical issues, no hassles. The first rep was not very helpful over the phone, but the second one was awesome! He was very patient and stayed on the phone until we had the down payment and car that I wanted. The second car was delivered in a timely manner, they took the first car. Apologized that first car was not good, gave me a gift bag with goodies. The truck driver, she was awesome. Customer service is the best with this company! I would totally recommend Carvana!!!! More
Terrible experience. Customer service was unreachable and completely failed. Tried to submit paperwork to prove military service for Drivers License compared to residence mismatch. So simple and easy! Love my new car!! It was very easy to find the car I wanted and to trade in my car. They gave me $3000 more then the car dealership was going to give me. They dropped off my new car, took my trade in and handled all the paper work. I was able to get my car checked out by my mechanic and had 7 days to return the car for any reason. Such a great experience! More

My entire experience from start to finish was horrible. Only good thing that came out of this is that I was able to purchase my dream car but the process and overall experience has been horrible. For context the car purchased was a Mercedes Benz GLE 450 Coupe. Buying process Communication was horrible throughout the process. Too many agents! No one person owns the process from start to finish. For example, was told that the vehicle I purchased qualified for the 60 day deferred payment. The original agent I worked with was unaware of how to apply this to the vehicle while I was purchasing it so she placed this option in the notes and told me that once the purchase was complete it would be applied. While discussing delivery options with a different agent, I asked her about the deferment and she told me that that promotion expired a month before my purchase and was not sure why the agent would suggest that it was available. Although this was captured in my profile and notes, Carvana did not honor it. Even though it was an option that was confirmed and offered by the agent. Condition of vehicle once received was NOT AS PICTURED Received vehicle and had two damaged headrests (was not captured on the annotated view of vehicle online) and interior lighting issues. Additionally, delivery of vehicle was delayed due to the blower motor not working. Carvana supposedly "fixed" the vehicle (which delayed the delivery by a week and a half) only to learn 3 weeks later after the vehicle was in my possession that after market parts were used and the air conditioner motor blew out again and had to be replaced. This time not only was the air conditioning unit damaged but other components were also affected. I was without car for a week and a half while it was being repaired. Ultimately, car needed new battery, new lighting, new air conditioning unit and needs a transfer case replacement. Luckily, Carvana approved Silver Rock to pay for all but the transfer case. In my opinion all of these items should of been repaired prior to delivery to the customer. Unfortunately, Carvana did not agree to fix a sealing issue in the roof of my vehicle because it was not caught within the seven days post purchase. Buyer Beware...make sure you check every single inch of your vehicle and submit a claim so that Carvana covers the cost of the repair. I am currently fighting with Carvana to have this covered. I have only had the vehicle for 6 weeks and most of this time it has been in the shop getting repairs done. Registration Registration is included in the financing and I was told that this would cover the cost of registration for through the following year ('21) since the cost is included in the financing. Received my license plate and registration and it only covered the vehicle for 2 months. The amount charged in my financing does not equal the amount charged by the local BMV- Carvana charged me 50% more. It is nice to not have to head to the BMV for plates and registration however, if I had known Carvana would of charged me for this, I would of done it myself and saved the money. Overall, will never purchase another vehicle from Carvana. More
