I was not seriously looking to buy when I went on the site. My thought was let’s see if I can find an awesome deal and the car I want. Get a payment I can afford. Yeah right. To my surprise, I found that site. My thought was let’s see if I can find an awesome deal and the car I want. Get a payment I can afford. Yeah right. To my surprise, I found that car. I put in my current car as a trade it and applied for credit. The deal was completely in my hands. It was amazing no pressure to spend more than I could afford. I picked the day and time if delivery. Then fear gripped me I am buying a car I have never seen. It helped that I have 7 days to change my mind. I am so happy I chose Carvana. It has been the best decision and I will definitely use them again. More
Better than I expected, but not completely smooth Driver was an hour late for the appointment. Windshield wipers required replacement, washer fluid did not work, and trunk access door would not open a Driver was an hour late for the appointment. License plate transfer had to be done over the phone (we will see if this process has any issues). Overall, it was still better than dealing with 3 to 4 hours sitting in a dealership and I am happy with the car. More
lemon. They gave me a car needs 1000 work. 35 days later. Rotors warped. Transmission needs flush and update. Called and said can’t help because 35 days. I paid 4500 down and pay 333 a month but I buy an Acura w 33k on it and one month later I have to dump $1000 into it ??? And call and they say nope sorry. This is crap. More
Process was very easy and at a much more competitive offer than other dealerships. Obviously give up some sales price when not selling private party, but was worth it in convenience. They contacted me over text after seeing my car posted for sale online. They asked a few simple questions then provided an offer that was good for one week. After accepting the offer just had to take a picture of a my license, title, and odometer and upload, then input how I wanted to be paid. Then I scheduled an appointment for them to come pick it up at my house. They come and drive around the block, sign a couple papers and done. Funds were deposited the next day. It’s that simple!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be recommending to others. More

A Great System to Buy a Car I have been continually and completely satisfied with my experience dealing with Carvana. I have seen the commercials on TV never considering that as an option. I could not believe the ease of completing the transaction. The only problem was getting the system to accept my DL picture. From the moment they accepted the application they followed up with texts, emails, it was unbelievable. The day of delivery was no exception. The gal that brought my vehicle was professional and friendly. I was in awe that the system worked so effortlessly. The service did not stop there. 3 follow up texts making sure everything was good and the final so far about the registration process after 7 days. I was actually looking forward to writing a review of this super service. More

I love my car and the people I spoke to were always very friendly, but I was never allowed to speak to Anyone who could actually make a decision regarding damage on the vehicle. I had to call several times, wait on hold for 1 1/2 hours and send and resend photographs over and over.. To their credit they did agree to have the damage on the passenger side which they had not mentioned repaired, But the worst dent and ding of them all had been included in my 360 on the driver's side, but described as an "imperfection" and photographed so that the true damage did not show up. In reality it is a heck of a lot more than just an imperfection. It is a Dent the size of a dime and the damage to the paint on the inside of it is large and already rusting one week after the car arrived. They refused to pay for repairing this so I have to pay $831 to get it repaired. I live in Michigan so we have salt on our streets for about 7 months out of the year. A car with a rust spot like this will be eaten away the 1st Winter so I have no choice but have it repaired. To refer to it as an "imperfection" was an act of dishonesty and misrepresentation in my opinion, so I can not recommend Carvana to anyone in the future. This unwillingness to repair the damage Is really unfortunate because the rest of the experience was very good. The ordering was very easy and my delivery driver was wonderful. All of the guys I spoke to on the phone during this time were very nice and understanding, But the insurance processors who denied me my exception for this bad damage to the driver's door ruined the entire experience for me. More
