Initial process was great; easy to find a car that I wanted. I noticed however that when I got to the financing screen, I could not change the financing parameters (such as the down payment, which rem wanted. Also, I signed up for the warranty, but now am removing that, since it has too many stipulations, and it looks difficult to get things fixed when needed. The car arrived exactly on time, which was good, despite two things: the tracking function did not work, so I didn’t know when the car was coming until the tuck showed up. Also I got a call the night before at 9:30 pm. The rep told me they might have a problem with delivery, that they would see what they could do, and would call me the next morning. They did not call me the next day, so I didn’t even know if I would get the car the following day or not. All those things aside, the car was exactly as I expected, mileage, blemishes, very clean on the outside, and smelled nice too. The only exception was a bunch of dog hair in the way back under the mat. The rest of the process seems to be working smoothly so far. Thanks! More

After reading many many reviews online, I made the plunge and decided to buy a car online. I was very leery since I wouldn’t be test driving it, but the 7 day guarantee eased my worries. My only disappointment was the vehicle had a bad smell inside, but air freshener fixed that and I was mailed a $50 thank you card to clean the vehicle which was awesome. I absolutely love my new to me little suv! It’s perfect for me and I highly recommend trying Carvana. It was almost too easy without pushy salesmen. More
