Getting second person on purchase agreement due to co-signing was not an option online. Had to call and took hours. Had an issue at car pickup where we were asked for a third party check, turns out it was a clerical error but it took about 15 min to clear up. Person selling us car opened the door to remove car from VM too early and needed to wait 30mins for it to be reset from headquarters. By the time I got to see my car the 45 minutes for the sale was up and I felt rushed. Had a question about the power windows and was told to “just look it up in the manual” and if it still was malfunctioning to bring it back because of the 7 day guarantee. Good concept poor execution. Love the car and no haggle price. More

The selection and pricing are amazing. The communication was top notch and not overly annoying and I felt very taken care of the whole way through. The delivery team was prompt and knowledgable. There really is no other reason to shop anywhere else. I'm so so happy! Well done Carvana! More

I originally ordered a different car, after driving to a local dealership to look at the car, I decided I wanted something else. I came home went on line and changed cars even after approval and paperwork was finished. Delivery of my new car was very easy, they even called and asked if I was interested in having my car delivered early. I of course said yes. I went from driving a 2010 to a 2017 Ford Escape and I am in love with it. I am still learning how all the fancy extras work. My car still has bumper to bumper warranty and I did opt to purchase extra coverage for peace of mind. I will use this service again in the future, I highly recommend. More

I have recently been looking for a car and was searching Carvana and a couple other places online. I was curious about reserving a car. One day I was searching for the car I was looking for and found one that seemed to good to be true. It didn't have the pics loaded yet and I reserved it based off the description. I received the pics later that night and started the process. It was so easy I thought it was too good to be true. I was nervous that it wouldn't work out or the financing wouldn't go through and still feel nervous but everything has been cleared and has been processed. I have had the car a little over a week and LOVE it. I am so happy with my purchase and the car itself. The process was so easy and haggle free. They communicate very well and keep you up to date. It was way less stressful than a dealership and I didn't have to spend hours waiting on the finance department and other obstacles with a dealership. The car was delivered to my home. It was unloaded and in my driveway and they messaged to let me know it was ready for a test drive. We drove it around and tested out all the equipment that we could and signed the papers. I called the driver and she answered any questions I had and the car had a full tank of gas. I would definitely purchase from them again when I am looking for another vehicle. More

A frustrating experience netting failure to deliver vehicle I started the process of selecting and buying a car on Saturday. After attempting to secure the car I wanted and deliver their paperwork I ended up o I started the process of selecting and buying a car on Saturday. After attempting to secure the car I wanted and deliver their paperwork I ended up on hold for 45 minutes waiting for an "advocate". I spent another 30 minutes on the phone with her. While on hold closing time occurred and she hung up on me with unfinished work. Over the course of Sunday and Monday, I battle through their system (20-40 minute hold times, people who cant review documents and people that are unable to make decisions)to attempt to get the car. By the end of the day on Monday, I finally got a 3rd person (that day) that could review ALL of the paperwork. At that point, he set the delivery for Friday Afternoon. Friday arrived and I received a message that they could not deliver it that day. They also will NOT allow me to travel to pick it up. When I asked the agent on the phone why they would set a date they could not meet she said he never should have set that time and date. Unless buyers can travel to see the car and pick it up in person I suggest you buy anywhere else. This is not "transparency" or "simplifying car buying" at all. More
