The co-signer on the loan was for a third party bank. If there was an online option to add a second driver on the purchase agreement that needs to be sent to facilitate the loan process, like the one to add the initial buyer, it would make the process more streamlined and eliminate the need to call, which gives the company more resources and manpower to deal with other customer concerns. Also read on another review and reminded me that I wanted to transfer tag (from a car sold in an unrelated transaction) and was not given any direction, I was told to “figure it out with the DMV”. What ends up happening is I’m being charged for a new plate and now have 2 tags.
