I bought from Carvana for a number of reasons. First, they gave me the best appraisal on my previous vehicle. Vehicle Delivery was delayed 6 times- your customer service team is extremely unorganized. You’ll speak to the entire company and will have zero support. There are no employees with direct lines and yo service team is extremely unorganized. You’ll speak to the entire company and will have zero support. There are no employees with direct lines and you’ll wait up to 40 minutes for a call back from the main company phone number. During my delivery process, Carvana “lost” the keys, “damaged” the car on its lot and didn’t report anything about it, replaced a “battery” (still uncertain of the specific battery), replaced a flat tire....... the list goes on and I wish I was kidding. I finally was able to pick up my Tesla Model X and was disappointed to learn that many other things still needed repair and they sold me an electric car with a broken wall charger. Your representatives during many of my phone calls, tried to say the process is more difficult due to the car being a “Tesla” - as if I asked for such a terrible experience purchasing this car, one that you listed on your website for sale! Issues are still not resolved and I have spoken to at-least 10-15 customer service representatives. As a customer, you have to do all of the work and still pull teeth to get help. Overall- Carvana = terrible car buying experience. More

Also on my delivery day they brought me the wrong car and had to go swap it out. So instead of getting my car at 10:30 in the morning I got it at 2 in the afternoon but it was still made right same day so I wasn't to upset about it. More
Purchase and delivery experience was a breeze, but what happened after has been a total nightmare. Drove the car 10 mi. when I started to notice a rattle noise at anything above 40mph took the vehicle to m happened after has been a total nightmare. Drove the car 10 mi. when I started to notice a rattle noise at anything above 40mph took the vehicle to my local VW Dealership to find that 5th Gear is out. Not sure how this made it past the inspection. Submitted a claim with SilverRock warranty, took two days for them to do anything with it. Carvanas only option was to either return the vehicle or swap it. At the time there were no other vehicles in my price range that didn't have significant high mileage or cosmetic issues. Carvana wasn't willing to extend my 7 day return. SilverRock will not allow the dealership to use their own transmission but has to freight them a replacement. Now I won't get my vehicle back until possible Friday August 28th, vehicle was delivered Sunday the 16th and has been in the shop since the 17th. Overall not very satisfied. More

Had a great first experience with Carvana! Received a text from salesman Matthew after he found our vehicle listed on another platform. I was skeptical at first and received a decent offer. The timing wasn’t quite right so we had to delay things a couple weeks, but Matthew kept following up and even came back with a better offer than original offer, nearly $500 more! We were finally ready to finalize the deal, was So easy to schedule a pickup, and within a few days Chase came up from Brandon store to pickup our SUV. Got a check same day. Such an easy process considering these silly Covid times we're dealing with. I’d gladly deal with Matthew and Chase any day. We’ll even consider purchasing our next SUV after this sale when so good. Thanks to everyone involved! More

Overall process was easy. I just wish my car didn't need new tires right away. I feel like that was an oversight on Cavana's part.
