My order number was 7326017; it was for a 2013 Hyundai Accent SE Hatchback 4D. I uploaded pictures of the worn-out brakes on Tuesday, Sept 1. I tried calling just now, and again it was a 30+minute wait. I left a message on the chat-bot to call me, and no one called.
