Extremely smooth process, and top tier customer service from online to in person! I will gladly always pay the premium to not have to deal with a traditional dealership. I would give this 5 stars, but our vehicle was delivered 3 days late. This was a surprise for my son's birthday, so the delayed delivery was very disappointing. I will say that the customer service person that helped me reschedule the delivery was very helpful and friendly, and the driver that delivered the car was amazing. Overall, highly recommend Carvana. Web site requires pictures of title, registration, license etc. NOT FRIENDLY. Would have been easier to take a picture and e-mail. Down payment rounds to $4,531 not $4,500. Nowhere on your website does it offer "transfer of tags." I'm owed money for registration/tags. I had to call Customer Service that took over 48 minutes to reach someone. Notified late for delivery that wasn't going to take place. No calls just an e-mail 1.5 hrs. before delivery. Customer Service wait was over 28 minutes. Only offered $25 a day to drive my old Van of which I had no insurance because I was taking delivery 8/26/20. I had to wait another week for delivery to be 9/2/20 and told not to drive old van over 1,000 miles or deal will be void. Carvana owes me $175. Not told Vans can't fit in Automated elevator/garage. Taking ownership was a good experience, Rob Kamel was wonderful. He made sure we experienced the "Carvana Experience" of watching a car being brought out of automated garage. My mechanic checked out Sienna and said it was a great vehicle. Had to take it to be detailed inside $75. due to smelly inside, white dog hair and all buttons, switches and cup holders were disgusting. Steering wheel was very dirty upon using a wet wipe. I had to wipe everything down. Not happy extended warranty sends me to Pep Boys or Mr. Tire. I'm sorry I bought the warranty and would love to cancel it! No wheel locks on van. Sticker says it has them $65. I need to be reimbursed for them. Overall, Carvana needs to work on Customer Service & their website. This is the why you get a poor from me. Would I recommend or do it again, not sure as it was an aggravating experience until meeting Rob Kamel. More
