Last year, we ordered a car from Carvana. A seamless, awesome experience that when it came time to get another, we instantly went to Carvana again. We chose a car - it arrived damaged in transport. So, after a day, we decided instead of having the car fixed, we would choose another. Two days before that car was to be delivered, we got a message that car was ALSO damaged in transport and it would take 10 extra days for delivery to repair it. We decided to choose a different car since we couldn’t wait this long for another car. The car we chose was brought to us 3 days later in great condition - but missing the remote car start key fob that was pictured with the vehicle and promised in the description. The key could not be located, and none of the approved repair places near us could take care of the issue. So, we have to pay out of pocket for a new fob and programming, which will cost nearly $300. We were told the warranty company will reimburse us, but we have to do all the leg work to get it done and pay up front. I am still happy with the online buying process, financing, etc. But I have no idea what has happened to Carvana in the past year that has caused a perfect experience to be followed up by one riddled with issues - that haven’t even yet been resolved. I will have to carefully consider all options going forward with car purchase and will most likely no longer recommend this company to my friends and family. More

A Very Good and a Very Upsetting transaction. Just about everything was done as I was told it would be done. I am very happy with the sale and my new purchase. I am very happy with the trade in price given to me from Carvana. What I am not pleased about at all is the delivery experience. The local center called me on the day of delivery and told me their transport truck was down and would it be alright if they drove the vehicle to me. Not a problem it is only 13 miles. The driver arrived with the car. The car was filthy and apparently never cleaned. Bird crap dripping from multiple places on windows and painted surfaces. I did mention this to the driver. I proceeded to look over the vehicle and noticed that the vehicle was driven hard to get to my location. The brakes were red hot and the engine compartment was also very hot. A 13 mile drive in normal traffic will not do that to this vehicle. Yes, I did try it a day later to see if I would get the same results. In my opinion the person delivering my vehicle treated this like he didn't care about the customer. He even told me about a time he got to drive a sports car 80+ miles for Carvana. I hope that my trade in wasn't abused as much as this vehicle was but I'm sure since I haded over a very fun to drive vehicle it was treated even worse. If I ever deal with Carvana again I will insist that the vehicle is transported to me or I will pick up at their location. More
