So the number they provide there to help resolve my issue is their general number. I call and they have a wait time that is "greater than 30 minutes". That greater than 30 minutes turned into 90 minutes, turned into them hanging up on me when the call center closed (the mailbox was full). So they claim they want to assist, but don't have a realistic way of providing this support. There also doesn't appear to be anyway for me to identify myself here without providing my identity to the whole world (I checked my Carsara account and there is no account number or identifier unique to Carsara that I could find). I again repeat, as long as you can guarantee your car is perfect upon delivery, they were great. Otherwise, only use them if you want a lot of hassle, wasted time, and non-functional car!
