Yes, Carvana has been in contact with me. This doesn’t discount the fact that you don’t do proper inspections of vehicles before delivering them to people to ensure that they are safe to operate at the very least. A non- car savvy person might not notice some of the issues that I have found, as it requires removing components. A “whoops, my bad. We’ll make it right after you jump through a million hoops” attitude doesn’t deserve a positive review or recommendation from me. You need to have robust systems in place to ensure that these issues don’t pop up in the first place.
