Multiple safety issues with the car upon delivery. Damaged tire sidewall, and severely corroded rotors/uneven worn brakes among them. I loved my experience with Carvana. The buying process was so smooth I was in shock. The kids loved the whole experience of putting the coin in the machine and seeing the car come down! I am 72 years old and a little nervous about buying a used car on line. My wife and I looked at several used cars at local dealerships, we asked to see mechanically sound cars with 70,000 miles of less. used car on line. It occurred to me that I just do not have the knowledge to evaluate used cars. I used True Car and looked at Carvana which is a very new dealer of used cars, third largest in the US and sale only quality cars at a reasonable price. Carvana has trained technicians to inspect each car they decide to put on their web site. My wife and I bought a 2014 Ford Escape SE with less than 50K miles, we are very pleased with the buying experience and so thankful for a very nice car. More

When you call to inquire they said it is Bridgecrest I need to speak with (which is a Carvana company). I call Bridgecrest, they say they can not help me its Carvana. Right now my Carvana app shows me paying for both,one of which is in their vending machine. Let me tell you of the extended warranty experience I had with their extendedwarranty company,Silverrock which is Carvana choice ,I paid 2k for the extended warranty. I noticed the brakes on the car I purchased seemed like they needed repair. I called Pep boys and asked and they said they are an authorized repair shop. To inspect my brakes should take less than one hour,however the Pep boys mechanic told me that silverrock pays a very discounted rate also he said silverrock customers were considered low priority due to the discounted rate (his words)since I was using their warranty I would have to drop my car of Monday and it should be ready by Friday! 5 days?! Yes. One more thing when you call Carvana as a new customer the wait times are short like under 5 minutes. When you purchase Carvana puts your phone number in their system, after you buy a car and call in for help the computer greeter states we recognize your number and your prompts are different than a potential buyer making it very hard to actually talk to someone. Once you get to the prompt about speaking to someone after you have already purchased the wait times are over 30 minutes. I have called as a potential buyer 5or6 times,resulting in less than 5 minutes wait each time. I have called 5 times after my purchase and wait times are over 30 minutes each time. What I think is you are placed in a different que making you in line behind the potential buyers! My first car Arived with a dent and a piece of trim missing, that was not in the 360 images.(they did say they would fix those issues through silverrock.) Then I get another car it has a chip in the tail light not described. Carvana said they will fix it then called me later after purchased and said I would have to go through silverrock they would still cover my deductible. Carvana slogan says a new way of buying a car. I say stick to the old way! More
