Definitely easier than the dealerships, had an issue with the delivery. But it was delivered the following day. Car came very clean inside and out and my advocate Cynthia was very nice. Just received the car yesterday and already the battery is bad there was no oil in the car, and the car was showing maintenance overdue. This is beyond ridiculous seeing that the men who dropped my car off is bad there was no oil in the car, and the car was showing maintenance overdue. This is beyond ridiculous seeing that the men who dropped my car off to me reassured me that maintenance was current. And I end up having to pay to get oil in the car which I want reimbursement for. More
