I absolutely appreciated my Carvana experience. The ordering,, credentialing and delivery were great. Ms. Kierra (sp) delivered my car as scheduled. She was so pleasant and friendly. This was an interesting experience to say the least. The first purchase agreement didn't go through because there was additional paperwork needed. Canceled that car because of the timing it would have taken first purchase agreement didn't go through because there was additional paperwork needed. Canceled that car because of the timing it would have taken to redo the paper work. This could have been caught in the online paperwork process before I had to cancel. The second one I was so excited for until it got stuck sideways on the transport truck... carvana offered to fix it but again I would have to wait. Luckily I am patient because believe it or not I tried for a third car. On the day of delivery three of the trucks were broken down so i had to go get it in a weird neighborhood but i got it! Now its not what I wanted initially, and I have already had to do some car repairs I wouldn't have expected to need so quickly (battery, brakes, tires...) but I am so glad to be done with the process, and I never had to talk to anyone in person. More

The process was pretty easy. The only thing that wasn’t clear was what was needed to be completed before the delivery date could be confirmed. As a proud 100% disabled veteran i was tired of dishonest salesman. When carvana started i decided to investigate. The simplicity of the personalized financial details, quality vehicles and ease of shopping salesman. When carvana started i decided to investigate. The simplicity of the personalized financial details, quality vehicles and ease of shopping drew me in. I browsed their vehicles for several months. Never once have i felt pressured. After purchasing our vehicle we are not disappointed. The 7 day return policy if we dont like or want, limited warranty to cover anything they may have missed and quick and easy delivery make us want to purchase another in the future.
