I love the car. That is the only reason I continued with the purchase. There were 3 delays on delivery of my car. I understand these things can happen, however the customer service I received in the proce the purchase. There were 3 delays on delivery of my car. Each time I waited to speak to an advocate (the wait time noted is never the time - tried the callback and they hung up before we connected) I would receive different information about the delay, about the registration, about everything. When I would ask for that advocate to follow up with me, none of them would be in the office the following day. When I asked about compensating for the delay or the cost of a rental car I had to ensue due to the delay, again many different answers. First delay, no we don't compensate. 2nd delay the most they could do was $25.00 per day for rental because they gave me notice of the delay, and it wasn't the day of delivery. On the 3rd delay, THE DAY OF DELIVERY, I was told they could do $25. per day, and they would discuss more after delivery and 7 day money back wait period passed. Day of delivery was a Saturday, on Friday night I was told car would be ready 9 AM. Saturday morning told it could come between 12-5. I went to get the car myself at the office! The car arrived with 500 more miles then posted. I was told it would have some extra due to drive train cycle...500 seems a bit much? In addition I received a registration that was effective from September 2020 - thru June 2022 basically jipped out of three months. I called to get some answers and waiting 17 minutes and counting with a estimated wait time of under 5 minutes....so after another almost hour of my time on the phone. I will be getting $300. (the same 250 for the delay and 50 for the mileage) for the issues, telling me how little my time and satisfaction is valued by Carvana. More

It was a pain to be on the phone with carvana while they called my bank to verify the funds were in there. Took 2 times and a lot of being on hold. Scheduled the delivery date, car came when it was supposed to arrive. Looked great on the outside but opened the door and was assaulted by the smell of a spray, the same spray I used to use to mask the cigarette smell! Being an ex-smoker I knew instantly that the car had been smoked in. It was also filthy inside, I found an old french fry next to the passenger seat. I was extremely disappointed in this, especially when spending almost 30k on a vehicle. You'd think it would come clean. The delivery guy told me they would reimburse me up to $200 for detailing but when I called verifying this, the lady told me it was only up to $100. Took it to a detailer which charged me $150 and when I called regarding carvana needing to see a receipt or not, they approved the $150 reimbursement, so far so good. There have been ups and downs and that is why I gave an average review. Hopefully the rest of the process goes smoothly. More

I was debating between going to a dealership and choosing Carvana, and I can honestly say choosing Carvana was completely worth it. Not only did I get my dream car, but I was able to stay in the comfort of the monthly payment I wanted it. The seven day moneyback guarantee is what assured me that even if I may not enjoy the vehicle, I was able to return. However, that was not the case here. Honestly Carvana is definitely the new way of buying a car and it should be the only way. It took me less then an hour to complete the whole process. Definitely will recommend and definitely will use again. More

I reside in Pennsylvania and the vehicle came from out of State so I took it to my m I rated a 4, because when my vehicle arrived it wasn’t cleaned. I reside in Pennsylvania and the vehicle came from out of State so I took it to my mechanic to be sure it would pass Pa inspection, it Failed, due to rear brakes and rotors. I informed Carvana they did have it fixed immediately. However?How did such a major issue get missed by their 150 point inspection? More
