I uploaded the paperwork with ease and set my appt for them to pick up my car from my home. There was a little hiccup with the person who didn’t seem to have my phone # to call me when she came. I called customer service and a lady named Lizzie was able to send out another advocate within an hour to take my car. This was Sat 10/24/20. The payment in excess of the lien was in my account by Mon 10/26 and the payoff to the bank was completed on 10/30/20. All paid off and super efficient. I will never go to a dealer other than Carvana to sell a car. Highly recommended More

I couldn’t be happier. The process was painless, very easy to complete. Staff answered all my questions quickly. The delivery went without a hitch. I had a mixed experience with Carvana. The search I had a mixed experience with Carvana. The search process was very good and I was able to quickly find the vehicle that I was looking for. I paid cash for the truck via an EFT transaction from Wells Fargo and unfortunately this took quite a bit longer than expected to complete. The funds left my account almost immediately and were not recorded as received by Carvana for over a week. This delayed the shipment of my vehicle by about 1.5 weeks. The Carvana advocated that delivered the truck was excellent and very thorough. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of undisclosed damage that I am now having to work with a body shop to repair. I believe it is possible that most of the damage likely occurred during transport but there is no way to determine if it was there prior to the sale. There was also some confusion on what damage got reported from Carvana to their warranty claim company, Silver Rock, that I had to get in the middle of to straighten out which took a few calls. I am taking the vehicle in this coming week to have the repairs completed and they are estimating it will take 5-7 days to finish. I was also informed that I'll have to take the truck to a dealer to get a small mechanical issue with one of the outside mirrors repaired even though the body shop indicated they could take care of it, so more inconvenience on my end. I'll reserve judgment on that process until I see the finished product. So overall, my Carvana experience has not been seamless. Highlights include the initial search and the actual delivery - the rest has not been what I would have hoped for. More
I was admittedly skeptical at first but Carvana really has it together. Our GMC Terrain SLE is a nice SUV for my wife and kids. This is a unique business concept and seeing my kid do the coin drop and freak out when the car was on its way down is something we won’t ever forget. I would urge all future Carvana buyers to opt for the self pick-up and experience the whole deal 👍💯 More
Everything was done incorrectly by your company. You delayed the delivery date by an entire work week with a 2 day notice. Took no responsibility for the fact that you were causing an extreme financial hardship in doing so. Even though you are supposed to help with the entire process you don't have your delivery personnel notorized and therefore put that burden on me after already messing up the delivery in the first place. Lastly after confirming my payment 3 times before, you messed up the actual payment itself and required me to spend $40 to overnight you a cashier's check and waste more of my time because your company could not complete a single part of this process correctly. I will never use your company for anything ever again. More
Carvana’s post close process is awful! They claimed that they couldn’t deliver my car because of the poor air quality (understandable) but they should develop a contingency plan for buyers to get access to they couldn’t deliver my car because of the poor air quality (understandable) but they should develop a contingency plan for buyers to get access to their cars that they’ve paid for!! (I.e: I could pick it up) but they kept pushing out the date for delivery. Also, my registration was not delivered on time. I had a 45 temporary registration and when I didn’t get anything in the mail about 2 weeks before the expiration date, the customer service rep told me that he doesn’t see any issue with it getting delivered on time since all of the paperwork was received. I asked for an extension just in case and he insisted that it was not necessary because everything was received to process it. Come 2 days before the expiration date, no registration. So I called Carvana and they said “oh well get you an extension so you can print it and tape it on your license... we’ll apparently it wasn’t going to be available for me to print until 3-5 business days. I asked what they would do if I got a ticket and they said that they would review it... but did not confirm if they would pay for the ticket or offer any remedy to the issue. If Carvana knows that I have not received my registration, and I have 2 days left, they should have gotten ahead of the expiration date and file an extension!! Not wait until I call and ask for an update! So all in all, not worth it. No accountability post close, better off going to a dealer where simple processes like this is clock-work for them. Oh also, the customer representative said she would call me with an update by EOD on my registration. No call. So I texted their line and the customer rep said they didn’t see any notes in my file about giving me a call back... seriously incompetent team. Don’t waste your time, it’s not worth it. More
While I liked Carvana, I did not like dealing with their third party dealer Silver Rock. I bought a 2019 Volvo S60 with only 7k miles, the car was amazing, but they damaged the car slightly during transport third party dealer Silver Rock. No big deal because they had made note of it and was going to fix it. 3 days into my trial, a check engine light popped up. When I made Silver Rock aware of the issue, they recommended me taking it to a “Pep Boys” or “Advanced Auto Tires.” I was shocked, like seriously you want me to take a Volvo to a tire shop for diagnosis? They said “yes” and at that point I knew that I cannot trust this third party company with any repairs if needed in the future. If you look at Silver Rocks review, you will see how bad and corrupt they are. I have decided to return the vehicle to Carvana because I do not want to deal with Silver Rock. More
