Used Car Buyer responded

It wasn't just that Carvana delayed the purchase by an entire work week they continued to mess up the entire transaction. Carvana isn't notarizing enough drivers (therefore they are not a one stop shop) and putting that burden on the purchaser to finish the process because Carvana isn't doing what they claim. Lastly, even though Carvana messed up the purchasing process multiple times throughout the process and had to verify my payment more than once, it screwed up the actual payment, made me go out of my way to rectify their mistake again and spend $40 to overnight a cashier's check even though they claim there is no hidden fees. The partial response above shows that they ignored 2/3 of the major issues reported to them and have no concerns about the errors they made nor tend to recognize and acknowledge them in order to make it right or do better in the future.

I have followed the post sale dashboard for updates but there was no update on my registration.... it would be a better experience if Carvana got ahead of the expiration date 3-5 days before it expired and provided me an extension. Because it’s still unclear to me if you would pay for any tickets that I may receive for driving with an expired registration plate due to your confusing and unclear customer service responses, I’m not going to drive my car. Based on my experience to date, it’s not worth the risk for me to drive because it’s not clear what you will do for your customers. Shame.
