This was my second time purchasing a car from Carvana. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a car. My delivery was delayed but I was informed of the reasons in detail. I had an overall great experience. The employee who brought the car was very good. My issues where the following... I received a call the morning of my scheduled pick up that my car hadn’t been prepp brought the car was very good. My issues where the following... I received a call the morning of my scheduled pick up that my car hadn’t been prepped the night before and would need to be cleaned and inspected pushing back the meeting time. This wasn’t a big deal and the employee was apologetic and offered to meet me closer to my home as I was driving about 45 minutes to meet within the delivery radius. Then, I was expecting to have automatic start feature as was advertised. However, it doesn’t seem to be the case and was a major reason for me choosing the vehicle. Overall, it will not prevent me from using your service again. Just would be helpful for future buyers to have a very accurate description of features and have cars prepped prior to delivery date. The entire process was so easy and simple. We considered outside financing but everything was comparable so just easier to go through Carvana as well. My delivery person Jeremy was very professional and allowed me plenty of time to inspect before finalizing the purchase. This definitely is the way to purchase a vehicle. Carvana only sells top of the line vehicles with low mileage and with car fax supplied on all vehicle. Carvana even handled the registration of my vehicle for getting my tag mailed to me.
