I am not sure you want my review. The first 2 vehicles were delivered with issues. I finally got a good vehicle on the 3rd attempt. Wanted to trade in under the 7 days but was told I couldn’t due to I had were delivered with issues. I finally got a good vehicle on the 3rd attempt. Wanted to trade in under the 7 days but was told I couldn’t due to I had done it multiple times. Well the 1st 2 were due to issues of vehicles delivered. If I do recommend it will be with precautions. Even picking up at a vending machine location I wasn’t offered a test drive to see if I was gonna like it. The 1st delivery I was told about the radio not working and a seatbelt issue. She said she would open a claim when she returned to Columbus. Why would you deliver a vehicle with known issues? The 2nd had an alignment issue I had to pay out of pocket to fix because silver rock wouldn’t. This was within 7 days of purchase. That was $130 out of my pocket to get an alignment. Then multiple issues with rust and seat leather holes, tires with dry rot. They had put 2 new tires on the front and left the old ones on the back. I was told by a representative later Carvana would change all tires on 4x4 and never deliver with different tires. Guess why. The vehicle delivered had different tires on the front and rear. Just giving you a real review. Do I think what you are doing is great, YES. Is there room for improvement, YES. More
The process is simple, fast approval however I had a major issue. The car I purchase was advertise with a sitting capacity of 7, in fact the sitting capacity is 5. They did not offer a discount for their mistake only to “be on the look out” for another similar vehicle with the sitting capacity I was looking for to swap it during the 7 days period. No follow up was ever received... poor customer service. Before the delivery of the vehicle customer service was quick and they will follow up, after the vehicle was deliver I waited more than 4 hours never received a call back. More
Excellent Customer Service!! Far better than VROOM. Carvana staff followed-up throughout every step of the process and provided me with frequent updates on where I was in the process. VROOM did NOT do this and they took my money FIRST and didn't even follow-up for 3-days with the next steps. I couldn't even get through to customer service on VROOM either; only the sales team. Carvana is far more reliable, respectable, and overall trustworthy. You don't need to pay anything until you receive the vehicle itself which made this process a whole lot easier and less stressful. I recieved calls prior to the delivery and on the day of. The gentleman (Erin) who delivered my vehicle was a joy to work with (excellent positive attitude and very professional). I can't say enough about Carvana and the purchase experience. It was easy, straightfoward, and no hidden fees or gimmicks with the purchase. Love Carvana and will be recommending this to all my friends and family as I aboslutely loved the entire experience. More

Worst buying experience in my 25 years of purchasing automobiles. Multiple delays in delivery, damage to automobile in transit, listed imperfections on Carvana site not accurate, mechanical issues & cos automobiles. Multiple delays in delivery, damage to automobile in transit, listed imperfections on Carvana site not accurate, mechanical issues & cosmetic damage that must be repaired involving hours spent on the phone, no resolution, multiple visits to repair shops involved and failed commitments from its executive resolution team Lisa & Tyler with whom I have been forced to speak. Now waiting for a supervisor call to attempt to resolve this nightmare. More

I just bought a Honda Civic 2015 model. The car is fantastic and the transaction was smooth. I never thought that this way of purchasing a car was better but it is. There were no surprises on down pymnt nor monthly pymnts. Customer service was EXCELLENT on the phone and in person!!
