Most amazing car buying experience ever. It was so easy and so simple, I thought it was a scam. I kept calling customer service to confirm that I was actually approved and that my vehicle would actually be and so simple, I thought it was a scam. I kept calling customer service to confirm that I was actually approved and that my vehicle would actually be delivered - it was all true! I even traded the first car for another one within the 7-day exchange period - all true! My car payments are automatically withdrawn so I never have to think about them and I purchased all of the extended warranties. Had a weather related incident where my car had to be taken into the repair shop and that was an easy and simple process also! I will never step foot in a dealership again - who wants to be haggled by a salesman who makes you sit in their office for hours on end? Purchasing from Carvana was the best decision ‐ I tell everyone who asks and everyone who mentions they are looking for a new car! More

I really am pleased with Carvana. It made the car buying experience less stressful. The amount of cars available to buy is amazing and the prices were easily 2,000 dollars cheaper than what I had seen at l experience less stressful. Worse decision I’ve ever made. As soon as the 7 days pass the engine light come on. Has happened 3 times. On 3 different vehicles now I’m stuck with an engine issue. I had a great experience with Carvana, I'd rate it 99/100, I'll start with the good, The entire process, from finding the car on the website, to placing the order was simple. I found the car I wanted, placed the order and was approved within a couple of days, I was contacted to finalize funding, and was able to add to my downpayment and add an extended warranty. This caused one of the only issues that I had, I started getting reminders that I had to send them my registration paperwork even before my car was shipped. They even called me after the final inspection to let me know that they found the car was missing its factory floor mats, and that they would send me $100 to cover the cost of replacing them. The other issue that I had, was in getting updates about shipping. I requested updates a couple of times, and was told "We have submitted it to a 3rd party carrier, and we should know something within a few days" No big deal, I live on an Island off the coast of Maine, so I expected a delay in shipping. But on a Thursday morning, with no notice from Carvana, I got a call from the delivery driver, that he was in the state and would be dropping the car off in 2 hours, I was at work with no way to get out, I didn't get notification from Carvana that the car had shipped until after it had been delivered. Not a huge deal. The only other issue was that there was some damage to the vehicle that had not been stated in their online photos of the car, Almost all of it was cosmetic and minor, but should have been disclosed. They are working with me on how to deal with that. The only major mechanical issue, was that the drivers side heated/coold seat does not work, but the warranty company told me to just bring it to a dealership and they would cover the cost. All in all, I do recommend Carvana, they treated me quite well, and I'd buy from them again. More
The entire buying process was dumped in our laps. We needed to constantly contact the departments, be put on hold and frequently disconnected only to start over again. The process was extremely frustrating and being told COVID was the blame didn’t help. We needed to request what information was needed, only to be told the day before the scheduled delivery that we needed a cashiers check by three o’clock that same day. It was 2 o’clock when we received the information. When we received delivery confirmation, the delivery address was incorrect and once again we needed to make phone contact to get it corrected. The internet connections were never available or never answered. Upon delivery, the car was dirty. We were told that it was because it was raining in Miami, it’s point of origin. I personally cleaned the oil stains off the vehicle that were down the passenger side of the car. The interior windows weren’t cleaned either and again the excuse was the rain. Interior rain? Really? A $38,000 car should be delivered clean or cleaned by your deliver person upon arrival. When I questioned how to operate the convertible top, I was told the delivery person didn’t know, read the manual. I wasn’t accepting a convertible that I didn’t know was in working order. I finally got it operational. Your delivery people should be versed in what they are delivering. I am pleased with the vehicle but not at all with your operational system or delivery system. Christine was extremely helpful in the getting of the address correct. If we had not noticed, the vehicle would have been delivered to the wrong address in a different part of town. More
