Well, that's nice to hear. Here's the new issue. Your website, as quoted below, states that I'd get my refund 3-5 days after I returned my vehicle. Today was day 5, and guess what? No refund. I called Carvana today, and the customer service associate said, "Oh! No, it takes 3-5 days after your return to take the money out of your account, and then another 3-5 days to refund you." Nope, wrong again! The deposit came out of my account Nov. 9, the car was returned Nov. 14, and now it's the 20th. Still trying to plug that "transparency" angle, huh? I reported your company to the Better Business Bureau today for false advertising. Shape up or get out of this industry. From your site, copied and pasted: Do I get a refund if I return the vehicle during my 7-Day Money Back Guarantee? For customers within our local delivery markets, you will receive a full refund! If you are located outside of a local market we will refund everything except for delivery costs. We will process the refund the day you return the car, and it typically takes 3-5 business days to be back in your account.
