It wasn’t until Casy got involved did my first experience with Carvana’s customer service start to improve. It took so long to get the repairs on the car I changed car’s which had less mileage and cost almos $1000. Less. I paid for the car with cash. More
I love the car even though it has some problems. The Dashboard is not lighting up and the MP3 player is not working. The Head lights was not cleaned. A bizarre experience with a company seemingly run by 20-somethings. I bought a car from them. I was wary when they first cancelled my delivery appointment because I hadn't sent them paperwork on tim 20-somethings. I bought a car from them. When I called and finally got though to them (40+ minutes of wait time each phone call), they apologized that they'd never sent the necessary attachments in the first place, so I hadn't known there was a deadline. Then, I was told several times that I needed to sign my contract....which I ended up signing 4 times in all, making me wary of their motives. I got the car delivered last week. A beautiful vehicle for sure. But...it smelled like a smoker had been driving it, one of the two key fobs didn't work with the car, and the brakes were gone (which I confirmed with a mechanic). When I called the company (again, 40-minute wait time but the only way to get through to them), I complained that none of these issues had been disclosed in the write-up. And for a company that promotes "transparency" in car buying on their site, this was this antithesis of transparent. They said they don't disclose smoker smells because they try to get rid of the smell before they sell the car. The key fob could "probably" be fixed if I took it to a Mazda dealer for re-programming. The brakes? "If you file a claim with us, there's a 50/50 shot we'll fix them for you." I had the 100 day Carvana warranty AND had purchased the top-of-the-line extended warranty with them, and there was a *chance* I wouldn't have to pay $850 to replace the brakes that were mysteriously shot within 33K miles of use? I'd have owed the car by the time the claim was determined, and the expense would have been mine. I'm returning the car tomorrow. They didn't care at all. So I guess they'll just sucker someone else into the purchase, and bank on them not getting the car checked out within the 7 day timeframe? What a scam. The reviews on there site are clearly curated-look up reviews for Carvana on literally any other site and you'll see a litany of complaints like mine. Deceitful and shameless. More

This is my 2nd purchase this year with Carvana. Disappointed in the result. Continued mechanical problems within first 500 miles. Currently in shop being repairs. The process to get the car was good it was quick and easy trade in was great to process as well, but my car delivery was scheduled three times and no explanation other than the truck was delay 12 hours befor trade in was great to process as well, but my car delivery was scheduled three times and no explanation other than the truck was delay 12 hours before receiving the car and then having to yet again reschedule all my things again - the upon arrival guy was really nice car was great accept but the time I could see the car in daylight the front tires were shredded, I’m told to get a inspection of the tires but I can’t get a hold of anyone for hours on the line because it’s tires it’s not a mechanical issue so the company’s I’m supposed to go to are tire companies that can’t submit any ppw to carvana to get the tires so I try to call can’t get a hold of the post purchase company and no help but they sure took my deposit they made sure to give me my monthly payment options set up my app to pay them and made sure I got 4 emails and texts reminding me of my 7 day return was going to be up but nothing about redoing my tires or helping me get to that point. More
