I was supposed to take possession today only to be told it will be a week or so, then I can have it. Never mind I took half a personnel have to drive a 177 miles one way to get the car, but my insurance was supposed to change today. So, I have paid in full for a car that they don't know where it really is. I suspect one of the following; 1. The car was stolen and they are looking for it 2. The transport company went on vacation 3. It was damaged and is in a quickie body shop and they need a week to fix it This is the second (and last) car from Carvana, 5 years ago, they were amazing, now just amazingly bad. More

Once we rescheduled, there was no need to submit, or fix anything. So i got rescheduled for no reason. I was out a $1000 on a job i had to cancel. Had to burn a vacation day. Had family and friends come in for the “non show” surprise. What a coincidence that it was a friday last delivery…. Then their snarky, condescending representatives. In Florida if you have multiple vehicles and sell one but dont wish to turn in you plate, you have the option to pay a fee and deregister but retain the plate for a future vehicle. Ive done this many times since it saves you $ from buying a new plate. I went to my local registration agency who told me that by law the dealer, in this case carvana, would have to finish the process since they pulled a temp tag. Within seconds she wrote down may tag on a postit note and said that carvana has the ability to pull the tag. When i called carvana the said i needed an active registration to be able to transfer. We went round and round explaining the state process. The rep became robotic in his responses. Trying to make me feel like an idiot. I then talked to another agent who made sure I understood his tittles. After an hour of round and round, again , i said fine ill pay for another tag, but asked to submit a complaint or review. Thats when the representative said that it would basically be useless since they would just review all the information we discussed about I not supplying the proper documents for legallly registering a vehicle. I clarified that because their process did not allow him to do so, did not mean i wasnt bypassing the system or trying to do something illegal. I told him to come pick up their truck. More

But other than that it’s a great car with no issues, and I’ve already had the first oil change. I also want to give a huge “Thank you” to the the customer service rep: Moises for helping me select a great car and assisting me with being able to go and pick it up from the vending machine. More
Loved that I could do the whole process from the comfort of my home. Support was great, and I got the sense that Carvana is a company that genuinely cares and isn't satisfied just with selling you something of my home. The jury is still out, but overall I think I'll be happy. I really like the car and the buying process. My only reason not to give 5 stars is that I intended to buy a different car, and I paid to have it s I really like the car and the buying process. Before the car got to me, a Carvana associate called me to inform me the car had a lot of cosmetic issues that didn't show up in the pictures- in her words, "it's not a very pretty car." I appreciated the heads up, and I already had an alternate picked out. It didn't require a shipping payment, and the shipping fee I paid was supposed to be applied to the down payment on the second car. However, that didn't happen. It's supposed to be getting fixed, but it hasn't been so far. I'll update this review if it does. More

I had submitted an inquiry about two very noticeable defects on the exterior of the car that were not disclosed. There were defects disclosed that are much smaller and hardly noticeable at all, However, two larger and much more noticeable scrapes did not make it onto the website. The email announced the exterior defects are within Carvana’s standards and nothing will be done. Buying a used car, I do not expect perfection. However, it is disappointing to learn that legitimate concerns are dismissed so thoughtlessly. As a consumer, it is confusing that so many almost imperceptible flaws were mentioned, but the two largest were not. I would’ve addressed those prior to the pick up of my vehicle if I had known. This is the second car I have purchased from Carvana. With the first one I was so impressed when the car was delivered and I was told about a defect that wasn’t disclosed at the time of sale. Carvana offered to have it fixed free of charge. I did not feel that was necessary because it was so minor. I am not interested in taking advantage of anyone, but I do think the scrapes that I am concerned with on the new car are legitimately too large to be within your standards. It just feels as if you want to wash your hands of the issue and walk away without doing what’s right. This is not what I expected having had such a good experience the first time. I’ve also referred three other people who have all purchased their car from Carvana as well. I would think twice before I do so again. More
