UPDATE: As of my last review I see 10 days have passed and I still don't have a car. The second cancelled date was last weekend. That said, I have talked to a number of staff and for the most part they have been professional and do what they can to be very helpful, Rob and Lee I'm talking about you. Not my proudest moment, but I also hung on someone that was zero help and we weren't getting anywhere. We have the next delivery set up for tomorrow, so we will see what happens. It's still frustrating that I paid for and have insured a car for half a month and have never seen anything but pictures.

December 5th, and I still don't, and apparently won't get a car. On my scheduled pick up date I received a call that the car was indeed damaged. A dent the size of a dinner plate in the roof and through the paint. While frustrating, I get that accidents happen. I started looking for another over the weekend as they had my money. On Monday I received a letter that my money is being refunded and that it may take 2 weeks to receive it. If I don't have it at the end, then it's up to me to contact my bank. Seriously?? Not Carvana's fault, but I cashed a cd for the car, so I'm out the early withdraw penalty, I took two 1/2 days off work to meet up, I actually drove 204 miles to meet up and was stood up. All said and done, I'm out over $600 and don't have a car. On the plus side, I did receive my money much faster, not as fast as they pulled it out, but relatively promptly.
