This time, the process was disorganized, documents were 'expiring' after we submitted them, our trade of offer expired because of it and experience. A check was already cut from our bank and I had to spend additional hours of my work time dealing with what should have been a simple process caused by Carvana's poorly designed system. I believe the handling of my transaction has been unreasonably burdensome, involving multiple document submissions and compounded by erroneous information in the AutoCheck and Carfax reports. Throughout the purchasing process, I have consistently encountered hurdles due to the repeated requests for additional documentation. Despite providing all necessary information initially, I have been continually asked to submit further documents, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. This has not only consumed an excessive amount of my time but has also caused a great deal of frustration. More

I had purchased my last two vehicles from Carvana and had a great experience both times with the price, vehicle quality and in once case financing. When I decided to sell the Jeep I had purchased from Carvana, I chose to use Carvana again. I used their App and initially got a roughly 25k offer, over time the the offer kept being reduced and I understood the market changes. However I started with a fresh quote and was offered 16k which would have left me owing about $900 on my loan. Roughly two weeks later, they dropped the offer to 14.5K, I reach out to VROOM and sold at 21.5K making close to $4100 dollars after the loan was paid off. I feel like Carvana was trying to pull off a theft and is very dishonest in advertising their "Sell your Car" service. Carvana has some bad press over the years and I gave them the benefit of the doubt, having had such a great previous experience. I now have a sour taste in my mouth and will never deal with them again. More

I went to a real dealer and found that every dealer now does online purchasing, applications, financing, etc... Carvana has no edge on the competition as the dealer fee was only 999.00 compared to the 1475.00 that I lost with carvana though I had not signed a single document. More
