We bought a car from carvana 3 years ago and had a great experience. This time, the process was disorganized, documents were 'expiring' after we submitted them, our trade of offer expired because of it and experience. Throughout the purchasing process, I have consistently encountered hurdles due to the repeated requests for additional documentation. Despite providing all necessary information initially, I have been continually asked to submit further documents, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. This has not only consumed an excessive amount of my time but has also caused a great deal of frustration. More
