My experience was great overall, I did have a few obstacles to deal with that caused a redundancy of paperwork, and a delay getting the process finished. But overall everyone did a great job. My first time ever considering a purchase this size & importance online. I had always enjoyed 'haggeling' with sales people when buying a car but decided it was a bad idea in a pandemic environment. I was looking for a specific color, low miles, and model trim for the Buick Encore and CARVANA seemed to have the best selections. I shopped for two months on the internet, always coming back to CARVANA, when one morning I found one with my exact requirements! It was one that was 'Coming' so I reserved it, with some skepticism at first. But finally it was ready to 'view' and after spending a lot of time on their site reading all about it (Carfax and all), I went forward with the purchase. What a GREAT experience! They bought my old car, paid off the balance, provided reasonable financing for the new car, delivered my new car while picking up my old car and I LOVED the whole transaction! I think buying/selling cars online will be the up and coming way to do this type of a transaction, if its done the way CARVANA does it. More

We purchased a Lexus RX on line from Carvana and traded in our old car. The process was pretty smooth and any questions we had were answered promptly. I’m never going back to a dealership. I’ve loved using Carvana and the staff was super friendly. Only complaint was trying to get questions answered by a real person took longer than I expected. I really like the new way to get a car ,,,, the only thing I didn’t like was the way you guys keep pushing the date back and back when people work and made a choice to that date !!!!
