Second purchase with Carvana first one back in 2019 was great that drove me to give it another go. This time around I was let down by the service. My delivery date got pushed twice and when I requested a great that drove me to give it another go. This time around I was let down by the service. My delivery date got pushed twice and when I requested a follow up call from a supervisor to at least get some empathy I got a lady by the name of Erica who was not only condescending but truly didn’t seem to care much and likely felt it was an inconvenience to have to talk to me. On the day of my true delivery the driver went to a different address from what it was all along on the dashboard or paperwork. I guess when a company is not ready to scale properly the customer in the end are the ones that suffer. Oh wait apart from me having to pay insurance on my new car for an xtra week (before my delivery) and my wife taking time of work as well as myself we got $25 a day! That’s all we were worth as customer to Carvana. The car was as described a d it’s great. The service and process not as favorable. More

All of the process was super easy and informative. By the time my vehicle arrived to my house, which I might add is in a very rural area, the driver Edwin kept in close contact keeping me updated on ETA. Easy to navigate website and easy to search for vehicles. I was kept up to date with my vehicle purchase to the day I took delivery as well as afterwards. The delivery driver was exceptionally well trained, I was kept up to date with my vehicle purchase to the day I took delivery as well as afterwards. The delivery driver was exceptionally well trained, friendly and efficient and explained all the paperwork to me in terms I understood. I do think the vehicle could have been detailed much better, it seems it was done in a hurry. But that is minor and I enjoyed the experience and recommend it. More

I was really surprised at how amazing this experience was! Easy, convenient, high quality! I love how comfortable I felt after ordering. This was the best car purchase process I have ever had. As a nurse I was struggling with how to get 2 cars back home when I do my best to quarantine as I work on a Covid unit. Easy and quick process.
