Not great, to be honest. Additionally, the car that was advertised as coming with two key fobs was only delivered with one. That was two weeks ago and I'm still in the process of trying to get that second fob; Carvana transferred the claim to SilverRock, their third-party warranty company, but because I couldn't get an appointment with the dealership within the week SilverRock said I needed to talk to the seller. Which is Carvana. I'm still awaiting a response. It seems like I'll never actually get the second key fob that I paid for, and will have to buy one out of pocket (they run a few hundred dollars), which has put a real damper on the whole experience. More

Bought one, returned it as the Advertisement included features it did not really have. That lady a big issue right there! Plus it was dirty with dog hair inside. They picked it up within three days and I already had the alternate chosen by then, however they had to reach out to in Nother third-party carrier to have that brought back. Even though the one I returned just went to the same place from my town. I then had to wait for 30 more days to get the actual replacement, Meanwhile I was fighting with their associates to correct the webpage that listed my 2nd car was delivered as the first one. I finally get the car again after 30 days since choosing the Alternate I had it for less than one day and they were already texting me nonstop and emailing me about registration I haven’t even had this car the seven days to see if I was going to keep it! I also was then told that my first car payment is due within that first week because the paperwork was started over a month ago while they were waiting for transport which is a bunch of crap. If they cared more about how the customer experience was they would figure out this disappointment of false expectations from what they advertise versus what how they actually service you. One more thing the only time anything is ever corrected is when I call and bug their associates noting the in accurate information. Not once did they resolve any of the miss information on their own. And PS- The second car had muddy floor mats and dog hair all over the entire car. I had to thoroughly detail it,That should never be the case when coming from a dealer! More

Took the ATS-Cadillac to the Cadillac dealer for service and received top notch service. I do t think I’ll ever go back to buying a used car through a dealership again! It was easy. The most stress I experienced was finding the car that met our needs and wants, within our budget. Carvana h through a dealership again! It was easy. The most stress I experienced was finding the car that met our needs and wants, within our budget. Carvana had the most selections for that car and the one that fit the best, even over dealerships. Their guarantee made it easy for me to “take a chance” and I’m soo glad I did! Within minutes, not HOURS, the car was on hold for us and they were arranging for it to be delivered. I would call it a white glove delivery too! Kelly was so personable and kind. She spoke very highly about how the company treats their employees, which was icing on the cake! I really can’t speak highly enough about the entire experience from start to finish! Thank you! More
