Thank you for replying; I was sold a 2017 Kia Niro, delivered to Helena, MT on 12/24/20. The Carvana vehicle stock number was 2000719250, the vehicle ID (not VIN) was 1570307. The vehicle page indicated it came with two keys and included a photo of both keys, yet I only received one at delivery. Since SilverRock and Carvana seem unable to help further, it'd be great if you could put me in touch with the Carvana partner that sold the car so I can ask them about it. Thank you.
