Easy to use and very friendly. We did have a mechanical issue with the first car we picked, but they gave us the option to have it repaired and no cost to me or swap. I would have to say, my experience was not great at all. I think Carvana has a great idea. The buying process was very easy, the online experience was great. However, due to no fault of my own, my vehicle was delayed not once , not twice, not thrice but four times! After the first delay, I was told small cosmetic damage was found, which would delay the delivery. What really happened was the passenger side mirror was damaged while the delivery driver was loading the vehicle. Carvana issued me another delivery date so I had to put insurance back on my trade-in and remove it from my purchased vehicle. The delay occurred several times, which forced me to add and remove insurance from my trade in and the vehicle I purchased from Carvana. This of course cost money and fees with my insurance company. Not to mention time wasted , requested days off at work in anticipation to receive the vehicle. I spoke to someone and express my concerns, and requested to have my first payment waved due to time and money lost during my experience. The representative quickly and forcefully dismissed that, as “ something we don’t do”, which truly angered me. As a customer , going through my first experience with Carvana, having been delayed several times, losing money and time from no fault of my own, this was truly unacceptable. I finally received the vehicle , which looked great! However, the vehicle start up, when I turned the key was weak and I discovered a brake light that didn’t work. The next day after receiving the vehicle , I was at a local garage , who discovered the vehicle’s battery was basically dead, which explained why the vehicle’s start up was weak. My brake light was also fix, having a bulb that was out. More time wasted. More

After reading mostly good reviews, I decided to try selling my car on Carvana. I entered in all the data specific to my car, and got an estimate that was toward the high end of the range of Kelly Blue selling my car on Carvana. I entered in all the data specific to my car, and got an estimate that was toward the high end of the range of Kelly Blue Book values, so it looked promising. Then when I went to actually initiate the selling process, the estimate suddenly dropped $6000 (35%), below the bottom of the KBB range. $1300 of that was an error on their part by saying my vehicle had been in an accident - although I have a Carfax report showing that it hasn't. But even so, that doesn't explain the entire $6000 drop. All of the data entered for both valuations was identical except for the second evaluation I entered my license plate number. So, at this point, I can't recommend Carvana. More
This has been a nightmare! Everything was great up until I wanted to switch the car out. I did that no hassle, then the day before I'm supposed to pick it up I get a call telling me the car hauler broke do I wanted to switch the car out. I did that no hassle, then the day before I'm supposed to pick it up I get a call telling me the car hauler broke down and they have to push my delivery out NINE FREAKING DAYS!! To top that off, they will not give more than a 200 mile extension on the one I have currently! They said I could have a 50 cents per mile discount on the overage! WHAT?? I asked for a supervisor or manager to call me back and was told 24 hours. It's been 28 hours now and I haven't heard a word. I am very disgusted with carvana right now. If I didn't want the car so badly I would cancel this process so quick! The customer service has been deplorable from Karen and whomever she was consulting to get my mileage extension. She had the nerve to say that it wasn't their fault their car hauler broke down, that it was no one's fault and that they shouldn't have to extend the mileage allowance on this one! Someone better get with me and get me my new car or this kind of review will go many more places than this!! More
I have always had bad experiences with car dealerships but not that’s has changed! Will probably never go back to buying from dealerships unless I buy new. Easy and fast process! Awesome experience from start to finish. Great selection of cars at very competitive pricing. First time buying a car online and couldn't be happier, much better than going through a standard physical deale of cars at very competitive pricing. Loving the car The only area to be improved in is the web chat/text support function. Often responses where inaccurate or substantially delayed. Ended up just getting someone on the phone and resolving the title transfer issue I had due to being in FL. More
