Another issue that I just learned of, there is a master key that you need to update certain profiles in Volvo. That key was never given to me, I only have a child key so there are things I cannot actually do with my car. Very disappointed!!

This experience was not convenient or easy - I spent multiple hours on hold waiting to speak to a live person, not a good system or process. It is funny that you state in your response to reach out to the 800 number, that is why I essentially gave up on your organization.
