I was very disappointed with this experience. Delivery was delayed three times. The first time, they stated it was because I did not meet deadlines, but no deadlines were ever stated to me in person or on was delayed three times. When we called to ask why delivery was delayed for the third time, there response was basically- well, you can cancel your order; we don't care. When the car was finally delivered, there was a chip in the windshield (which they did send someone to repair), a tire was leaking air, the windshield washer fluid dispensers did not work, and the car was not clean at all. Also, the car had been previously owned by a smoker, which I wish I knew. I would not have knowingly purchased a vehicle that smelled like cigarette smoke. On the other hand, the driver was great. He explained everything well, went over all the paperwork, and was very friendly. Definitely would not use them again or recommend them. More

I have a mixed review about my dealings with Carvana. I really liked the ease of use when searching for cars in your area. I used the website on a computer, mobile website and the app on IOS. I had alerts setup on all platforms to notify me when cars that met my search requirement popped up or if there were any changes to cars I had added to my favorites. I NEVER got any notifications of any type. I found that when a vehicle I wanted was newly posted, by the time I checked it was already under contract. This led me to having to be on the website a lot more time than I anticipated looking for good deals. When I finally found a vehicle that met my requirements I jumped on it, fast. I had been holding out for a Trail edition of a 4Runner because I really needed the locking rear differential this vehicle has. When a 4Runner listed as “Trail” showed up in my price range I bought it. I was happy. They contacted me, we verified my funds and arranged for delivery on a day and time that worked for me. Again I was happy. Carvana walked me through the steps I needed, including starting car insurance on the day the vehicle was to be delivered. The day before I was frantically contacted by them while I was at work saying my delivery had been delayed because the transport vehicle broke down. They arranged for another time for delivery a week later. This stuff happens. Tracking my vehicle delivery in real time was super awesome and the driver was very professional. My new vehicle was awesome. Signed the papers and brought it into the garage. I was figuring out all of the buttons when I was like “where is the switch for the locking rear differential?!” Turns out the vehicle I just bought was not a Trail version but a standard SR5. I quadruple checked all of the Carvana info and clear as day the first item says Trail. I sent this along to them and they pointed out that if you click on the original window sticker link it shows that is is a SR5. The original window sticker also lists it as SR5 Trail Sports Wagon. It wasn’t until I did a VIN look up that it confirmed it was a SR5. I told Carvana the reason I purchased this was for the equipment I thought it had that would cost me extra money to have installed. They were not interested in this and said I could return it during my 10 day period. I ended up keeping the vehicle since I got a good price on it but I suggest to everyone to look at these vehicles in person and do a vin look up yourself and not trust what they have listed. More

The service was quick, friendly and fast as well as professional. The car was sold to me and I could tell that it had been washed but it was a poor job. The front windshield was so dirty that I could barely see out of it and had to stop on my way home and wipe it down on the interior. The car was due for a regular maintenance and I should have said something before driving it off the lot, but hopefully Volvo will cover it since it seems to still be under warranty. The back trunk handle is broken so for the first day I drove the car around with the trunk open, not knowing that was an issue because no one showed me all the features and technology on this car. Overall it was easy to buy from Carvana but not sure that I will do it again as I was disappointed with the follow up items I need to do that should have been done prior to the purchase. More
Carvana is not for me - the process was fine in the beginning. The company over communicated along the way which was fine but once I received the car it was difficult to interact with them and took a l beginning. I called the local store in Indianapolis was treated amazingly rude when I had some questions and could not get through on the phone. Continually was on hold for 30 minutes plus and then the system would hang up on me. The local contact essentially told me too bad and offered no help and was frankly a jerk. The car had stripes removed on the hood that were not noted in the process and visible lines were on the hood, not good. When I removed the window sticker it covered up a cracked windshield that was not noted. I decided to return the car and not do business with Carvana. I have purchased many cars and this experience was not good and I will not consider this service again. On another note the delivery and pickup personnel did a nice job and were personable and did there job well. More
Although people on the phone were pleasant, and informative, and when the vehicle finally came the delivery was smooth, but....... Excuse was they could not find an independent carrier to bring it here to the state of Maine, I expressed my concerns and said I thought you were in the business of delivering cars, also I was promised a $50 voucher for a car wash. This was never received and The fact is the car arrive you’re totally filthy. Also the car contained no owners manual. Don Bailey More

Customer service is fantastic. The inspection team seems to lack an eye for detail. Was told that I would be delayed due to a bad battery that needed to be changed. However, that didn't fix the problem and they didn't check it until the day before the new delivery date. They found the actual issue, but then had to delay delivery for another week. Seems like some improvements can be made in regards to inspections, but customer service was second to none. More
