Car buying is a major financial decision and was skeptical to attempt it without in-person assistance which provides security, comfort, and assurance on the deal. The reason I went with Carvana was skeptical to attempt it without in-person assistance which provides security, comfort, and assurance on the deal. The reason I went with Carvana was for the efficient and hassle free experience and found that to be uniquely delightful, safe, all while maintaining peace of mind. The the price I was able to get on my chosen vehicle as well as the trade in value on my previous vehicle were both very right, comparably, so I executed the transaction. the paperwork was all straight forward and easy to navigate. The only four complaints or hiccups I had came when it was time to pick the car up on the appointed date and time, a mistake was made on the length of the loan and came out to be 72-mo instead of my intended 36-mo. I am still not sure if it was a mistake I had made in the previous online paperwork as I had to refill it out multiple times or if it was a mistake on the Carvana side, either way as to not delay the process and have them change reprint and reprint the agreement, I just agreed to the longer financing option. Second, they had my 4-letter last name misspelled on all the trade-in paperwork but was told it would not pose an issue, which it base the seems to this far. Thirdly when asking a few simple questions about the loan the associate, who had worked they for multiple years, seemed surprised at my inquires to which she did not have answers for and even went to the back a few times to obtain answers for me, which she did to my pleasing. Fourth and small for me but worth mentioning for those looking forward to the experience, the recognizable “gumball” machine (automated turntable/carousel/elevator towers used for their billboard advertising and pickup locations) was inoperable at the time I was there so I couldn’t drop a coin in the slot to retrieve my new automobile. All in all it was a solid experience and everything I had hoped for was achieved in the deal so I will certainly be back and will tell friends of the good hands-off experience I had with this vehicle purchase and trade in. More
I purchased online on a Tuesday, delivery scheduled for following Monday. I was not contacted until Saturday morning. I received a voicemail from a Carvana rep saying the only supporting documentation they following Monday. I was not contacted until Saturday morning. I received a voicemail from a Carvana rep saying the only supporting documentation they needed was car insurance verification.... and that they needed it within 30 minutes or my delivery would be cancelled. Ridiculous timeframe, but fine. I uploaded the document within the time limit. Shortly thereafter I received a text saying that my delivery was cancelled. I called, waited 15 minutes then pressed 1 for a rep to return my call and keep my place in line. I finally received a call over an hour later by a very rude rep. Fine, don't care if they are rude, just need my car. She puts me on hold for over 40 minutes. Comes back and said the insurance card doesn't have my name on it. It does. I can clearly see it with my own eyes. I say that there must be something wrong with their system since the online portal is always working in circles, asking me to sign the contract over and over as well as acknowledging upload of my insurance card, but then asking for it again. There was obviously a IT issue, so I asked for an alternative method. She texts me a direct upload portal. Fine, I upload my insurance card again. I get put on hold again for 20 more minutes. She comes back and says all of the info is present on my card except my name. My name is located in the center of the card. If you can see info on the top and bottom of the card, then why not the middle line? She's upset at this point, I've been on hold for a good portion of my morning, Carvana has already cancelled my delivery because there is an issue with their system, I've uploaded the same complete insurance card over 15 times in both .jpg and .pdf formats. I ask to speak to someone else. She refuses. I'm done. I cancel the car and ask how I can get a confirmation of the cancelled order. She's mad and tells me that I can see it online for myself, that she's not sending any kind of confirm and HANGS UP ON ME! What??? Carvana was the worst customer service experience I've had during my 46 years on this earth. I'm beyond appalled and encourage everyone to avoid this immature, Mickey Mouse company. After all, we're buying cars her, not toys off of Amazon. Avoid this company at all costs! More
I really like my buick encore! It came clean, and the delivery process was very nice. Purchasing the vehicle was great. However, there were two imperfections on the vehicle that weren't discussed when pu delivery process was very nice. Purchasing the vehicle was great. In addition to that, when I said that these were on the car, they said that that cosmetic imperfections are not covered. Which seemed odd... However, generally speaking I am happy with my purchase, as convenient as buying something on Amazon, however the customer service could have been better. More

It was convenient. The delivery was on time and the driver was great. The only issues I had was that there were scratches on the inside of the tail gate that were not mentioned and the truck was deliv driver was great.
