Service was very good. Have had the car for 1 week, one thing I'm not pleased about is my key has a low battery, feel like the battery should have been replaced before delivery, as now I have to take time thing I'm not pleased about is my key has a low battery, feel like the battery should have been replaced before delivery, as now I have to take time to replace it myself and feel it should be covered by Carvana. Besides they key issue the person who delivered the vehicle noticed that there is a huge rip in the cover under the hood. I have been assured that Carvanas partner SilverRock will cover the cost, but I have to pay a $50 co-pay? Buying my car online I would have hoped every detail was taken care of and that the vehicle I chose was given to me in the best possible condition it could have been within reason. Hopefully they will make this right and the repairs cost me nothing more than some valuable time. More
