Process was so easy. Received vehicle on schedule. When it arrived there was some damage beyond those we were aware of. But Silver Rock approved the repairs at vendor of our choice in 48 hours. I think that Carvana has an excellent business model and they have the potential to be a great company. However, I encountered a host of problems with their process. As opposed to writing an essay I'll give they have the potential to be a great company. However, I encountered a host of problems with their process. As opposed to writing an essay I'll give bullet points. 1. The documents requested were not clearly explained prior to reserving the vehicle. It took me longer to provide the documents than the reservation was kept for and I lost that vehicle to someone else. 2. The hold time to speak with a representative was extremely long, no less than 30 minutes. 3. The website froze up on me in the middle of supplying my information and documents and I had to start all over with the process. 4. I specifically told the sales associate that I wanted to put a large down payment on the vehicle and she took the amount verbally as well as the checking and routing numbers, however when I received the contract none of that was in place. 5. Carvana doesn't deliver in my area so I chose San Francisco, CA. as a pick up point. I thought for sure a city like S.F. would have a pick up point for this company. They also had no pick up address in S.F., which I found very odd. I had to randomly pick an address in a city I am not totally familiar with which was a little unsettling. There were other small breakdowns throughout the process, however these were the most glaring ones. The positive points to share are: 1. Every sales associate I spoke to was very friendly and eager to help, even if they made mistakes. 2. The transfer of vehicles at the pick up point was easy and seamless. 3. I am very happy with the vehicle I received. More

This was by far the best car experience ever! I purchase the car sitting in my recliner. I set the date for arrival and had my seven days to try the car out! During that time I had an oil light come on and the car sitting in my recliner. I set the date for arrival and had my seven days to try the car out! During that time I had an oil light come on and the car needed a new battery. I called SilverRock and they gave me the name of two places in my area to get the minor repairs with no hassle. I dropped the car off for the minor repairs and that was it. I had no paperwork to fill out and the automated system gave me the two car repair places. I told them the repairs were being done through SilverRock and that was it. Just an all around good experience. The car is running great plus I still have the 100 day warranty. I purchase Carvana care as well. I will purchase another car through Carvana to avoid the long hours at a dealership and all the hassle. Best car buying experience ever! More
