They sent the wrong car at first, and it took two hours on hold to figure out what happened and where my car is. I don't think I'll be able to return the car if there's an issue, since the seven day window has already passed and the system seems to run the whole shop. The first delivery company made me go out to the other side of town for pickup, and gave me three different timelines that they kept changing last minute (5-6pm, 8-9am, then finally 1050am). Can't fully rate my experience, because I still haven't seen the car I've paid 45% for. Does it actually run well? Is it actually worth the price? Can't tell you. Where the staff nice? Yes, but I didn't get the "I know how to help you" vibe from them, even before finalizing the purchase. Best I can give as a review is that I'll probably just go in person next time. More

Dealership acknowledged that there were repairs that needed to be made. Dealership authorized the repairs, but refused to extend the 7-day return period to accommodate them. I will never go to a dealership again! I never had to speak to a soul through the whole process until the day I picked up my car. Everyone was super friendly. Everything was ready for me. I bought my car on Carvana and was surprised how easy and quick it was to get my car! I did have some technical issues with the app, but not Carvana itself. The communication was "strained" and I almost just cancelled my purchase. After the 5th call/text, I was put in contact with Aaron who honestly save the sale. As I was out of area, my vehicle could not be delivered and I had to drive 4 hours south to the nearest kiosk where I met Chloe. If I was the least bit hesitant or apprehensive about the purchase, Chloe put me at ease right away. I'm happy that I again purchase from Carvana. To this day I have not received my registration, even having provided proper insuranc I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma on Sep. 27, 2020 with Carvana. To this day I have not received my registration, even having provided proper insurance documentation when the vehicle was delivered. A month after delivery, they contacted me requesting further proof of insurance, stating the temporary ID Cards were not valid. I am a licensed insurance agent in the state of Colorado, so I knew for a fact the paperwork I provided was valid, but nevertheless I sent all I could to prove valid insurance. 4 months later they’re requesting some type of weigh slip that was never mentioned before when I paid for everything needed to get the registration done for this vehicle. So far they’ve sent two permits, and sent them out after the prior permit expired. I should have put more attention to all the red flags prior to purchasing the truck, particularly the fact that neither my Bellco CU or Chase bank will do business with them. In the midst of trying to resolve all this, I’ve made countless calls where I’ve waited 2+ hrs on hold, only to be put on mute or disconnected after a few minutes in silence. With no way for me to leave a review on their website through my account, I’m not sure how else to deal with this. I know the excuses they use for not completing the registration are baseless, and to this day I’m still not sure how long I will have to wait for a registration on a vehicle I paid for 4 months ago; if I ever receive it that is. More
The process was amazing. I have never done this before and being able to purchase a vehicle online at my kitchen table in twenty minutes is unbelievable. I never imagined I would do this.
