Flawless experience. Very pleased with how much they paid for my trade in. My Ford F-150 was / is flawless. Only complaint is that their call center is hard to reach with long hold times (30+ mins!) Such a relief (no pun intended since I bought a Nissan Leaf) to not have to find a way, with limited bus service, to a dealership. The purchase of the car and delivery went well. I have no complaints. Now when it was delivered it was missing a radio knob which the driver told me they had put in a request for and I would be contacted by complaints. Now when it was delivered it was missing a radio knob which the driver told me they had put in a request for and I would be contacted by an authorized repair facility when to come by and have it put on. It was delivered January 5, 2021 and here it is January 30, 2021 and I have not heard a word. Now togay I went on Carvans website and chatted with someone on there and it now sounds like I have to contact the repair facility and the dashboard has a confussing message of service request has been received and reviewed to check my email (which I did and nothing about a repair). So is this warranty just like all warranty's for vehicles not worth the paper it is written on? More

The ability to browse through all of the trucks and see in detail exterior and interior from the comfort of my home was superb. The entire process from selection to purchase was legit!! I didn't have to travel from dealer to dealer and the hassles of dealing with sale people and then the closer... sitting in a cubical forever. You can still test drive the vehicle that you pick out. Took my new truck for a test drive while Carvana loaded up my old truck. The final signing of documents took literally secs and I was done! I believe this is the new way going forward when it comes to purchasing vehicles. What a great experience! Carvana offered me an above reasonable value for the truck I was trading in.
