I had a such experience dealing with Carvana. My only wish was I got my Audi faster, but it came clean and sanitized. I got a GREAT value. The Carvana online experience was amazing!! Sitting in the comfort of your home and looking for a vehicle with no sales rep hot on your heals was great! You can take your time scrolling through their inventory, looking at the pictures inside and out of the vehicle, which we found to be very accurate upon physically seeing the vehicle, also setting price ranges and payment ranges so you can weed out vehicles that won’t work with your budget. You can also see their 150point inspection of the vehicle and the Carfax on that vehicle. They also have a “chat “ option should you have questions, which we did not use because everything was pretty much explained. Having the option of pick up or delivery, and yes there is a delivery charge, but we’ll worth it, and being able to exchange within 7 days was a bonus, which we actually did. Speaking with customer service when I wanted to exchange my vehicle, went smooth. Bethany was patient as I ask about the different warranties, as I was not sure that I picked the right one to start, she explained them all to me and waited patiently while I made my decision. She also stayed with me on the phone as I went through uploading documents and signing the new contract. Texting was a great way of communicating. Even though you start off with a “bot”, if more complex questions we’re asked, I got a human right away. The delivery drivers were great, took there time, waited patiently while we test drove the vehicles and went over and explained all the paperwork in a half hour which by the way is way better than waiting a couple hours at a dealership! I am now on my 8th day which is the first day of being a complete owner of my vehicle and the customer service has not stop. Received notification this morning of my registration being processed and will keep me updated. The whole experience has be great and I recommend The Carvana way of purchasing a car to anyone!! This was a wonderful experience. Super easy and straight forward. When the car arrived to my house, it had some things cosmetically that was not shown in the pictures. The protective film that some cars hav forward. When the car arrived to my house, it had some things cosmetically that was not shown in the pictures. The protective film that some cars have now, was starting to peel and had dirt collecting underneath. Not a super big deal, however the car is white and it was extremely noticeable. I reported my concerns to Carvana and they immediately got me connected with their warranty provider who was able to set me up. All I had to do was pick the body shop. They were able to have the protective film replaced at no cost to me. I wish that this issue would have been shown in the pictures, however they more than willing to fix it. So for that 5 stars!! I was worried about the Carvana process based on multiple negative reviews, but my experience was great. I chose to trade in my 2013 Kia Optima. The trade in process was easy, despite my car not exactly fitting in any of the categories. Between processing my trade-in, choosing a car, and doing the application, I spent about an hour. Another hour later, I received confirmation that everything was set and my car would arrive in two days. The next day, I received an email from the Advocate who would be delivering my new car. I sent copies of my driver’s license and insurance and was all set for my appointment. The car arrived on time, despite the tracker tool not working. The car arrived in perfect condition. The marks indicated in the photos are barely visible. The handoff was touchless as indicated. By the time I returned from the test drive, my old car had been loaded up. I did have a minor issue with the Check Engine light coming on, but Carvana got back to me immediately to have an appointment scheduled. The light went off on its own and the car passed an independent inspection I had scheduled. More

But it does tell you where the vehicle has been registered every year. I didn't read close enough and the first one they brought was a really good looking car but after having it inspected by my mechanic it was from Syracuse,NY. By the way the snowyest city in the US. The underneath was eat up with rust and actually not safe in my mechanics opinion to drive. So I called one of their advocates said it would be no trouble to return it for a refund minus the delivery fee with either give my down payment back or I could see if there was anything else I would like to try. So I looked some more and found another one just like it a year newer and had never been above the mason Dickson line. It came a week later and was beautiful. Went through the same process with my mechanic and he gave it the thumbs up but said I should call about the tires that were on it. So I called the advocate back and he sent me to mineke who does the warranty work for carvana and I left with 4 brand new tires and he found that it needed a mass airflow sensor and got it approved too. So I'm a happy camper now. A little bit of a hassle as far as time but I got a really nice car. All the pictures are great but read where the car came from and how long it was there and be sure to get it checked out by your mechanic. But I would recommend them to anyone. A little tougher than advertised but the 7 day return policy is a lifesaver. So if you get burnt it's your own fault!!!! More
