The car was a day late. Had the wrong registration and license plates on it. They said it passed 150 point inspection but needed 4000 dollars worth of work done to it. It was stuck in the shop for 10 days More

The car shouldn't have passed the 150 point inspection and been delivered to me. I have call multiple times and asked my i have to pay a deductible even though it was not my problem. I was denied extra rental reimbursement because parts were back ordered again not my fault. I had to beg and plead just to get my 7 day trial extended since my car was in the shop the first ten days i had it. I was able to finally get that extended thankfully but still feel i have had little to no help from carvana with this matter. I am now out 50 dollars for the deductible and 300 for the rental. No payment extension, no offer to restart my paperwork, no offer to credit me any of the money i am out now and i feel now after spending 350 extra dollars just to get a car fixed to see if i like it that now i am stuck with it because of the time and money invested. Poor business practices in my opinion and one very upset first time customer that will not ever refer anyone to this company. I never even recieved a sorry until this response from anyone involved.

Love my vehicle!! One issue. Key fob has no metal.key inside. Have to go to dealer to get this issue resolved. ☹ called the warranty company amd.they will cover the cost. I would buy from carvana again More
