I did a lot of research on Carvana before even attempting to make a car purchase through them. I was definitely hesitant and skeptical about buying a car sight unseen. I'm two weeks in and I have to say I couldn't have been more pleased with the process. On the day of delivery Richard, my Carvana associate, dropped the car off and picked up my trade in. Had me drive it around the block and inspect the vehicle before signing off. HE noticed a scratch on the bumper and quickly filed a claim with Silverrock (Carvana's insurance) as an except and I was off and running. Super happy camper so far. More
