I enjoyed the no pressure approach since I wasn’t working with a sales person and I was offered a generous trade in value on my vehicle. However, the first vehicle I purchased from Carvana had transmissi with a sales person and I was offered a generous trade in value on my vehicle. However, the first vehicle I purchased from Carvana had transmission issues so I had to do a “Swap” which ended up taking over a week and left me without a safe vehicle to drive for that time. Long story short, Carvana should really assign one knowledgeable representative to handle any sales that have “issues”. If I only had to work with one sales rep (or even only 2 or 3!) then I would have felt more heard and had my concerns addressed sooner. More

It was a relatively easy experience. Long hold tiles with representatives, and getting both our names on the registration didn't work, but alas we got our car just one day later than expected. We did have to get the battery replaced and there is a broken plastic piece between the hood and windshield - neither issue were made known to us in advance... but the warranty covered the battery, ill have to figure out the plastic piece.
