I followed up at the number you provided and spoke with Dominique....he is FABULOUS! He answered all of my questions/concerns and gave me details on exactly how each matter would be handled. He also provided a thorough update on my registration and pay-off of trade-in. He deserves a raise...knowledgeable, patient, kind....he should be the gold standard for the customer service department. I appreciate you handling the car detailing and floor mat for me. that type of service goes a long way. I'm very happy with the outcome.
