The only advantage I see for using Carvana is that you can choose from a nationwide inventory of 1-owner, no-accident cars. If you need a car within some time table, it may not be the best option. Delive More

I am tired of daily chats with your advocates about these things. I don't want to have to relay to Carvana what SilverRock does/doesn't do or said in there boiler plate emails to me. I also don't want to have to relay information back and forth between SilverRock and the body shop they chose. This isn't a support issue, it is an issue with your and your guarantee vendor's processes. Carvana should have dealt with all of this instead of me. BTW, today I am still without a car and the shop expects 2 weeks complete work because they wouldn't order parts until the car was in their possession. Chatting with your advocate doesn't fix these stupid processes that have left me without transportation
