There are no “Car” people at Carvana. They use the no haggle new way to buy a car, that’s great but there is no one knowledgeable to ask any questions. Selection is good. I have reservations that the cars are as good as they claim and I definitely don’t thing they are is as nice a shape or inspected as well as that claim. Let’s start with for car pick up, our car was dirty and not detailed at pick up. In fact, it was not even inspected by a carvana employee when it arrived at our local place. When we went to inspect it, there was clear damage that happened in transit or after the initial inspection and vetting because it was not in any pictures or disclosure. This damage was large enough that if anyone had looked at the car, they would have seen it. Since you need to sign all paperwork and initiate the funds transfer they already had my money and expected me to take delivery of the vehicle with the damage and waste my time to have it repaired at one of their shops. That’s total BS. I had to force them to keep the car and repair it before I would take delivery. But remember they already had my money and would not refund it. So they kept my money and I had no car for 2 additional weeks. I cannot say how disappointed I was with this experience. It is also almost impossible to actually talk to a real person let alone anyone who is knowledgeable. I do not believe I will use Carvana ever again. More

Carvana was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought my car in under 5 minutes while working on a conference call. Every single step of the process was ridiculously easy. I was even able to reschedule my pickup online in under 5 minutes. The employees were amazing! My car came down with a big blue bow on it and I got to keep my coin from the vending machine! I couldn’t be happier with the process, smooth easy and pain free. I can browse all available vehicles from the comfort of my home try it out for a week and exchange it up to two times if for some reason I pain free. Most of the experience was very good. Everyone I dealt with was polite and seemed eager to help. I know that my state, Massachusetts, makes things difficult. But it took me more than 20 phone calls, 4 of with was polite and seemed eager to help. I know that my state, Massachusetts, makes things difficult. But it took me more than 20 phone calls, 4 of which were over an hour, to get my purchase finalized. Having the appropriate paperwork sent to my insurance then confirming that it had been received by Carvana was a nightmare. I spoke with so many different reps that I spent the first 6-8 minutes of the call just trying to bring the person up to speed on what had transpired already. I recognize that this is particularly difficult in my state because of the requirements for a particular form that must be signed and stamped by the insurance company. It is a bit silly, though, that it should require something nearing two dozen phone calls to resolve an issue that everyone seemed to be aware of. As polite as the reps were and as happy as I am with the vehicle, I can't say that I would use Carvana again. More
