This was my first experience with Carvana and I loved it! I bought a Ford Fiesta. I think Carvana is honest, transparent, and offers you a quality car at a fair price. Their service was so incredible, it made me buy Carvana stock. I had two transactions; one to sell a vehicle and a separate purchase. Decent selection of vehicles but overall customer service was lacking at best. Good luck getting answers to questions once you sign the contact. My vehicle was damaged prior to delivery and they would not sh was lacking at best. Good luck getting answers to questions once you sign the contact. My vehicle was damaged prior to delivery and they would not show me any photos of the damage and would only give my a generic description of the damage. In addition, it’s near impossible to get anybody on the phone and would usually get a rely 3-5 days later via text. Overall I’m happy with the car but would not purchase from them again. More

The best experience I've ever had buying a car! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I personally loved that I could view whatever car I wanted without someone hassling me every two minutes. The experience was solid, with no pressure and if you know the car you are targeting it's excellent as an overall process. A few minor hiccups with multiple underwriters reaching out to me with conflict know the car you are targeting it's excellent as an overall process. A few minor hiccups with multiple underwriters reaching out to me with conflicting information and then at delivery sending a driver's license or insurance via text message (and their end unable to receive the image from my phone) instead of uploading via an application/website. The car was inspected well enough from both mechanical and exterior perspectives. The interior inspection was less thorough but the car was in "good enough" shape to not return. For example, inspections and images taken missed interior damage on the rear from a dog scratching the interior bottom of the hatch door. The shampooing was thoughtful and necessary due to Pandemic but surfaced wet dog smells a day later. All minor inconvienences. The price point was within $500 of similar mileage/condition vehicles that I could get from similar or traditional dealerships. So not the best deal, nor the worst. Overall I'll round it up to an A- experience. More

Buying process was smooth, some disconnect on the insurance portion but was able to get an agent that got it going and completed. The warranties through their provider covered the work the used vehic insurance portion but was able to get an agent that got it going and completed. The warranties through their provider covered the work the used vehicle needed and it went smoothly. Would recommend over a dealer any day. I saved hundreds if not thousands and had more options.
